We hadden een geweldig verblijf! Een ideale prachtige locatie om tot rust te komen, zelfs met een grote groep… De hottub en het prachtige terras waren een surplus! Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, kortom een ideale vakantiewoning!

Very lovely place with lots of charm. We enjoyed soaking in the hottub with the relaxing sound of the rapids in the spring time. The place was also very clean and had everything we needed.

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits dans le chalet Le Semeur ! Le chalet est agréable, bien équipé, proche des commerces de St-Élie-de-Caxton à pieds. Les nuits furent très calmes et paisibles, le réveil face aux arbres enneigés est un vrai plaisir ! Nous avons été accueillies par Jean, excellent conseiller pour les balades dans les alentours ! Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience at "Le Pod"! ^^ We enjoyed the privacy of the cabin and the beauty of the forested trails. We want to thank Jean-François for his hospitality of offering the service of bringing our luggage to and from the cabin, giving us the opportunity of a relaxing and burden-free stroll to our lodging. The walk from the parking to the cabin created an off the grid vibe and was totally worth it, especially with our furry friend. We had access to sleds, which was an unexpected bonus! There was plenty of woods provided to keep the fire burning and some candles for extra light after sunset. We were also provided with 36 liters of water for our 3 nights stay. We had the chance to pass by a few of his other cabins and were impressed by the ingenuity and practicality behind Jean-François' handmade architectural projects. We highly recommend visiting "Le Pod" or any other of "Chalet du Jolimont"! The memories made here are priceless 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a great stay here for a weekend getaway. The listing was exactly described, and more! The hosts were very proactive and we knew everything to be ready for in advance of the stay. We will definitely look for this property again for our next weekend retreat!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au chalet d'Isabel et de son conjoint. Le chalet est très bien, mais ce qui sort de l'ordinaire, c'est le superbe décor à l'arrière du chalet, avec son grand terrain et le lac privé! C'était toujours beau à voir, peu importe les conditions météo. Isabel a été une hôte attentionnée et réactive. Nous y retournerons assurément pour voir le décor et profiter du terrain lors des autres saisons.

Très bel endroit, très bien tenu par les hôtes. Intime, propre, chaleureux. C’est exactement ce qu’on cherchais.

An unforgettable stay once again! This was our second time at this stunning property, and it somehow managed to exceed our expectations all over again! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space is impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and offers total privacy! The perfect escape. We were warmly welcomed with a gorgeous charcuterie spread from the host, which was such a thoughtful and much-appreciated treat after our long drive. Every detail of this stay was perfection, and we truly can’t wait for our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, mon garçon et moi. Un chalet bien construit, avec déjà tout le nécessaire (réchaud, assiettes, casserole etc...). Une grande paix et un très beau lieu pour pouvoir se promener et se ressourcer, avec des attraits aux alentours. Vraiment parfait. Le poêle à bois est trèèèès efficace. 🙂

I wish that the cabin had been available for a longer duration during our availability. I can see this as being a great place to get away from the city to relax. Real log cabin feel and smell of wood walls, so clean and de-cluttered. I can see evenings spent playing cards and listening to the forest sounds. Very relaxing.

Un week-end entre amies parfait, à notre goût, dans un chalet rustique et chaleureux. La tranquilité des lieux, le confort et les commodités étaient au rendez-vous. Les conditions de fin d’hiver ne nous ont pas permises de pouvoir faire de la randonnée. Nous avons cependant profité d’une journée au Spa Natur’Eau situé tout près. Je recommande ce chalet et je n’hésiterais pas à y revenir. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons passé une super fin de semaine. Le chalet était très propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Marc a été un super hôte. Ses instructions étaient très claires et il a pris le temps de nous contacter durant nôtre séjour pour nous demander si tout se passait bien. Je recommande ce chalet aux personnes qui cherchent un endroit calmes et chaleureux. Parfait pour les séjours en amis et familles. Merci Marc :)

This place was perfect for a relaxing getaway, especially for coffee nerds (the coffee bar is such a highlight)! The views were great, and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also fantastic - so gracious, responsive, and genuinely great vibes. A tiny external issue was handled incredibly well. Highly recommend for a chill trip!
