The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Independent 40 m2 studio: This simply decorated studio is located close to the beaches (20 min) "La Faute, La Tranche sur Mer, Les Sables d'Olonne (40 min) and La Rochelle (40 min). It is conveniently located for visiting points of interest, Le Puy du Fou (1 hour), O'Gliss (15 minutes), and La Venise Verte (1 hour) and be able to go home and rest in a quiet environment. Guests can enjoy lounge chairs on a private terrace in a wooded area.

Fully equipped studio for vacation or work

My place is close to the city center. It is perfect for couples and solo travelers. We don't provide linens and towels unless requested. No extra cleaning, but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A security deposit of €50 is required upon key handover. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be deducted if the cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free Wi-Fi access.

On a closed and wooded plot of 3600 m², this basement studio with an area of 40 m² is completely renovated. Northwest facing, it is bright and sunny. Ideally located in the countryside and 15 minutes from the sea, you can fully enjoy these two assets. Pets are allowed (we have a dog, a cat and a pony). A pool is located in the front part of the property, so children will be placed under parental supervision.

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

This building is composed of an entire, fully autonomous and independent accommodation, ideally located 15 minutes from the beaches accommodation for up to 6 people maximum. No additional tax depending on the number of people. Linens and towels are included.
