You have all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: Premium bedding, Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, Coffee…

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

70 m² house with garden – Montreuil-Juigné

Stay in peace in our charming, newly renovated barn. You will appreciate its brightness and private garden. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).
