L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Charming little village house in stone and chestnut in quiet pedestrian lane. The house is 40 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor: 1 single room with equipped kitchen area, living room, fireplace, with a sofa bed for 2 people, and dining room. Upstairs we have a 140 bed, a bathroom + toilet. Very pretty wine village where you can take lovely walks and enjoy gourmet meals. Sea 45 minutes away and rivers / ponds nearby.

Nice, peaceful, independent house and its shared pool with the owners is located 45 minutes from the beaches, 35 minutes from Narbonne or 30 minutes from Béziers. At the gates of the regional nature park, ideal for hikes and walks. It is located on a 2000 m2 fenced plot on which we also live. Outdoor facilities are still being completed.
