Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt

It's hard to judge the neighborhood. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and left at 7:30 a.m. We forgot a jacket in the accommodation and the owner very kindly offered us several solutions to retrieve it. Sweet ....

The pool and SPA location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. In short, this accommodation is a rare find, we'll be happy to come back. 😁

Perfect location for us as we were here for the beginning of Paris Air Show at Le Bourget. So the 10 mins drive from the airport to this clean, nice and handy location was what was needed. It was clean spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back in 2027 for the next show.

I stayed a month with my partner and it's the ideal place to be in Paris for as long as you prefer. There are 2 metro stations that take you downtown in 15 minutes, markets and entertainment. The stores around are inexpensive and Delphine is always nearby for whatever you might need.

We had such a great time staying here. The apartment was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, close to shops, and the metro, so it was really easy to get around and see all the sights. The host was friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Jonathan is an amazing and kind host. This space is in good location, not too far from Paris. It was perfect for me during my solo travels. It was also very peaceful and quiet. The washing machine was a bonus. I would stay here again.

David and Sonia’s place was great! The location is perfect—the train station is right across from the apartment and can get you to all the main points of interest in Paris in an hour or less. There’s also a grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and smelled great when we arrived. They also provide free tea bags and coffee pods, which was a nice touch. One of the most underrated features for me was the shower pressure—it was amazing! The apartment felt very safe and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy, and David and Sonia were responsive and friendly hosts. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Sandra was so kind and helpful, upon arrival she ensured we checked in without any issues and always responded in a timely manner to answer any of our questions online/in person. The area was lovely with plenty to do and see, and had easy access by public transportation into the city centre. Would love to come back!

This accommodation matches the photos on the website. It's easy to access and not too far from the train station. I recommend it.

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

The place was also, if you came from Paris after midnight, still easy to reach by train and bus. Due to the location to the green courtyard, you could always open the windows. A large shopping market 100 meters away left nothing to be desired or you took your food from the pizzeria at the train station. Zina was flexible and responded to the wishes of the guests regarding beds.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

It's always great to go back to Sandra's. Very clean studio, well-equipped, good location. Parking space is very nice. Sandra is very responsive and does everything to make your stay pleasant. I would highly recommend this studio.

Excellent place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it. I loved the apartment, which had plenty of space and is right by the metro. Very easy to get anywhere in Paris. Claire was easy to chat with, always available and very proactive. I’ve stayed in Paris many times and would definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend it enough - well worth the price.

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). The only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to subway.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a lovely time. Nicolas, thank you for a beautiful stay and the champagne
