Quiet accommodation with a nice view. The hosts are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Sophie's place.

We had a wonderful stay in this very peaceful place, surrounded by fields and horses. The host was very responsive, caring and flexible. The amenities were perfect and we rested during these few days in the Perche, a beautiful area. We'll be back at the Musardine!

This is such a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The backyard is stunning and kids friendly. The guest house is completely private. There are around 5 steps to access the property. Some steps are also necessary to access the bathroom. The adult bedroom is a mezzanine over the kitchen. The staircase lands in the kids bedroom, which is a mezzanine over the family room. It is ideal for a couple with one or two children. The wifi doesn’t work but there is cellular coverage in the area for the phone.

Felix and Lauren were stellar hosts. They were very responsive and welcoming. They made sure that we were greeted on arrival and let into the house. Felix and Lauren constructed a gorgeous, spacious, high ceilinged, modern home within a beautiful existing structure. The house sits amid fields that go on and on, allowing the eye to take in a vast expanse of farmland. Inside, the home is thought out to the smallest detail to make it as comfortable as it is beautiful. The materials and lighting are particularly delightful—as is the central HVAC. The home is immaculately clean and equipped with every possible kitchen tool, lovely linens, and an excellent library of design books to read as you lounge in carefully selected vintage furniture before a warm fire. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. Don’t hesitate to request a booking—it’s even better in real life than in the photos.
