The upstairs space has a double sofa bed which can be made up on request for an additional charge. Just a 5 minute walk to the harbour and beaches

The Little Barn

The Little Barn is located on the historic Saints Way in the quiet hamlet of Kilhallon. It's split-level accommodation features an open-plan living room and kitchen/dining area with a double bedroom and shower room. There is a garden and patio area to enjoy, with onsite parking. An EV charger is also available. Local attractions nearby include the Eden Project, the Harbour towns of Fowey and Charlestown and the Saints Way itself which is popular with walkers.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
