Maud's home is so cozy and has a familial feel to it. Everything was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. She was very responsive and helpful during the checkin process and finding somewhere to park. Thank you again for assisting us with the dinner reservation!

A really warm welcome from Claude and his wife. A very nice discussion when I arrived. The accommodation is really nice and cool despite the heat. Everything is done to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. I would recommend it in a second and would come back as soon as I have the opportunity.

2nd time I've stayed at this apartment and it's still perfect! Even better with wifi and TV. The apartment is great and in a good location. A fantastic location. To do different activities. Very many are a short distance away. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/ bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely unobstructed. The reception is warm, lots of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

Loved our stay at Floris' place. It really was a well-designed home away from home with all of the amenities- the amazing kitchen, the outdoor space, plunge pool, the grill (my husband can't stop talking about the green egg) and to our surprise, the projector in the living room. We loved having cozy evenings and slow mornings here after exploring the French Riviera. Also wanted to note that the host was very communicative, kind, and flexible. Definitely book this place if you want a refuge in the riviera!

Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out! The apartment was perfect for just the two of us—cozy, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite parts was the private garden—it was so peaceful and filled with beautiful foliage, making it the perfect place to unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Franck, Isabelle, Aline, and their adorable pets—Navy the dog and their three sweet cats—were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

A big thank you to Florian for hosting us! Exotic accommodation with stunning views! Very well-equipped accommodation especially for a baby which allowed us to arrive lighter! Big positive point on the outside which is extremely pleasant. We'll be back! Be careful if you have small children, there are a lot of cacti inside and outside the home.
