We will be delighted to host you in our carefully designed accommodation. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our main house with independent entrance/terrace and parking. You can breathe and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature, the countryside in the city. Fully equipped for 4 people with a double bedroom (bed 150) and a sofa bed (140). It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 minutes from the CHU, 10 minutes from the city center of Poitiers and 20 minutes from the Futuroscope.

Micro home in the countryside or in the city

Located in the heights of Saint Benoît bourg 15 minutes by car from the city center and the train station of Poitiers, 25 min from Futuroscope and 10 min from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, facing not opposite, high up with views of the St Benoît viaduct, and nature. I lived there for 6 beautiful years, in 2 different gardens so you will find all the amenities there. It's at the foot of a hiking trail. Be careful for those who can't stand the noise: you can hear the train!

Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in the summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to CHU, Campus, Modern Comfort, and shops, and 20 min walk to the center SOPGYN

Upstairs, you access a landing with office area serving a large bedroom with comfortable 160 bed as well as a shower room.

Charming independent duplex of 32 m2, renovated in an old house, quiet. We live next door, in a separate house. Bed linen and towels are provided. A means of transportation is essential because it is not served by buses. Parking is available in our yard. 3 minutes by car from a hypermarket, shopping area, restaurants. 10 minutes from Poitiers city center, 6 minutes from the CHU and 25 minutes from the Futuroscope. No smoking allowed

Come and enjoy your stay in Poitiers in this quiet, peaceful and secure accommodation. Ideally located, it is just a stone's throw from the train station and a 5-minute walk to the heart of the city center and a 12-minute drive to the futuroscope. Access to all amenities (bakery, tobacco press, grocery store, restaurants, etc.) The property can accommodate up to 4 people (one bed and one sofa bed available).

Studio for 3 people

Come and spend a few peaceful days in this studio located halfway between the greenery of St-Benoit and the cultural heritage of Poitiers city center. Accessibility via a slightly steep staircase Sleeping: 2-seater sofa bed + 1 single bed (please bring your own sheets if possible and especially for one-night stays) Note: the fridge does not have a freezer/freezer compartment
