Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Bauzille-de-Montmel

We had a great time with friends in the villa. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste, and the outdoor area with the pool is very nice! The only downside would be that you have to check out at 10am, which was a little too early for our liking.

We had a fantastic stay, too bad about the insects present but the host can't help it. Although it has a whole range of ready in the cottage to help the guests out of necessity! A fantastic host, always ready with advice and action and always quick to respond. For us, this was great!

We spent 1 week in the accommodation and frankly everything was perfect, very well maintained house, frankly I highly recommend the accommodation you will not be disappointed, we will gladly come back😀 We were able to meet the owners Loic and his wife but also Ingrid who were great from start to finish, frankly, what kindness.

We had a great time at this peaceful retreat. Patrick, who lives next door, is an outstanding host, very friendly and loves to share. The place is a warm and bright house. It has all the comforts you can expect. It is located in nature, in a very peaceful place. We enjoyed a little freshness during this scorching period. We would have liked to have stayed longer to share a second game of pétanque with Patrick or to be able to cuddle one of his many cats again.

Very simple, clear and responsive contact with Samuel. Very faithful listing. Very well-equipped apartment in a secure residence as well equipped. It's very easy to park the car near the property. We did a very nice little stop there which gave us time to enjoy the slightly cold outdoor pool and the very nice indoor pool. A great plan. Thanks to Samuel and Ingrid.

Very nice stay in BOUILLARGUES. Audrey was very responsive to our request and any questions we had. She gave us a great welcome . She went above and beyond to facilitate our arrival and installation. Everything was provided to make great breakfasts. The cottage is very clean, functional, well equipped and tidy. Linen and towels are provided in sufficient quantity. The beds are made. Everything is planned to make us have a great stay and feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet. Parking is in front of the cottage, on a quiet street. The plus, a large terrace for meals outside. We'll be happy to come back for a future stay in this beautiful region.

Listing as described. Excellent location, terrace overlooking the Port Ariane de LATTES (marina). Frédérique is a host who knows how to welcome with breakfast available for the first day and other treats in the refrigerator. Don't bring your coffee or tea, she thought of it before you arrived. And if you happen to forget your toothbrush, no worries. I had a perfect 6 days. Thanks.

This accommodation was lovely, with a very accommodating owner, with whom we had very good exchanges. It was friendly. Excellent value for money. We recommend it.

Laurence's apartment is truly cozy, perfectly located just at Maison Carreé, comfortable for up to 6 persons. The terrace is enjoyable. The kitchen is also fully equipped. We haven't met Laurence in person, but she communicated swiftly, check- in and out was very easy and our stay was all good. I wouldn't choose this apartment for anyone with physical disabilities/limitations as the access is possible only through a relatively narrow and steep stairway. Also it could be challenging to guarantee safety when staying with little children (stairs, terrace, large windows). But for anyone else seeking for a great accommodation in the heart of Nîmes, Laurence's apartment is a hot tip 😉, I can only recommend.

A pleasant, thoughtfully decorated flat, which immediately gave me a feeling of "coming home". Sweet little balcony from where you can enjoy the setting sun. A direct exit to the beach, where you can enjoy hiking or sunbathing. The harbor with its cozy restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away. Both at the entrance of the building and inside the building is good lighting, allowing you to enter quickly and with a safe feeling with the automatic key. I experienced the lovely sturdy mattress as very pleasant and had a great night's sleep. If it's not too busy, you can park for free at the "notary" a little further up the road. In short, it is recommended...

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Amélie physically but very good communication by message. It was her mom who welcomed us, a charming and kind person. The listing was clean and as described. We were able to enjoy a well-located accommodation in a peaceful and pleasant environment. Parking spaces located near the property. Amélie is accommodating and offers good advice. We absolutely loved this beautiful appartment. The sea view is stunning, and the interior design is very personal and with great attention to details. All materials are high luxury quality, the kitchen very well equipped, and you see clearly that this home is well taken care off. We felt immediately at home. The best Airbnb we have ever rented. The neighbourhood looked a bit sketchy when we arrived late at night so stepping into this cozy home was quite a contrast. The check-in was very smooth, and the landlord very friendly and engaged. All communication was fast and super service-minded. There was a small misunderstanding at first when I booked. After the booking, I was asked to confirm the house rules. I was in meetings all day so I did not have the opportunity to do so. Therefore my booking was cancelled before the 24 hour deadline which I found a bit harsh but the landlord apologised and helped me to re-book. All in all, a lovely experience! We will for sure be back!

The accommodation, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) was very good, clean and warm. The little extras are the terraces. The views are great. There is also private parking that allows you to leave your vehicle parked without any problems. Arnaud was a very responsive host. We are delighted with our stay.
