On the second and top floor of a building, charming 40 m² air-conditioned T2, quiet with parquet and exposed beams, not overlooked, with a bright and comfortable bedroom, a living room with TV and sofa bed (140 x 190) and a real dining table near the fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is located in the heart of a very commercial area and in close proximity to a bus stop and free parking, ten minutes from the hyper center by car or bus.

With a nice view of the School of Fine Arts, a short walk from the train station, this charming apartment, ideally located, will allow you to explore the city of Angers. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, queen-size bed (160 x 200) with storage space and a beautiful bathroom. All the comforts you need for a pleasant stay... The pretty view is worth it, we are located on the 3rd floor of the building without elevator :)
