My house is located in a residential area in Saint Aubin de Médoc , near Saint Médard en Jalles and Mérignac and is part of the CUB You will be 15 km from Bordeaux , 40 from Lacanau-Ocean and close to the vineyards of the Médoc I occupy one part of this house and rent the other part with kitchenette , independent access and enjoyment of the garden and its accessories : basketball basket, table tennis ,swing , pool , electric plancha Very calm holiday atmosphere
