The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles such as pillows and carpet, but also the pictures and books give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Britta's very likeable, uncomplicated and unobtrusive appearance made it difficult for us to say goodbye on the day of departure. From the first minute of our vacation, we were in feel-good mode. The kitchen amenities make the heart of a self-catering and hobby cook beat faster. Is there anything more beautiful than sleeping restfully on vacation, despite unfamiliar beds? No problem with Britta. Cozy living room with tasteful furnishings, a balcony with heavenly mountain panoramic views. And where else are you greeted in an apartment by the host with two beautiful bouquets of flowers? We will be back! Thank you for this wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this great house with incredible views! The house is modern, clean, nicely decorated, with spacious rooms and fitted wardrobes, nothing is missing. The highlight is definitely the outdoor area with covered seating, lounge and garden!

Absolutely wonderful accommodation in the beautiful Alpine scenery. Beautiful and spacious apartment, good beds. Doris was kind and we felt really welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely come back if we travel to Bavaria again!

We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is beautifully located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply for switching off. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right by the house. The large terrace with BBQ and beach chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the gem of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness center, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and dishes, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

Lucky is incredible host so helpful, kind and sweet…. The place is like a fairytale, magical, little, cozy spot that you do not want to ever leave…. Breathtaking views, no matter what the weather like it’s still beautiful… cleanest pool, warm and cracking fire place next to the bed… just perfect spot….!!

We had 4 wonderful days in this exceptional Airbnb. The mountain panorama with waterfalls, black-nosed sheep and ever-changing views depending on the weather directly from the balcony made our hearts beat faster and exceeded all expectations! The place was spacious, clean and cozy. Mike welcomed us very warmly and was always available. We could hike directly from the accommodation and were very happy with the hiking opportunities in the area. Thank you for this beautiful experience! The time at Eric's Airbnb accommodation was simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Eric was the perfect host – incredibly friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. He gave us great tips for the area and made us feel absolutely welcome. The place itself was great! Everything was sparkling clean, very tastefully decorated and we didn't miss anything. You can tell that Eric pays a lot of attention to details. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy the time there to the fullest.

A really very nice and cozy apartment with a very friendly hostess. It made you feel right home. The ski resort is also very easy to reach by bus. For this, you also get all the information from the hostess, really great! We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

It was super nice! We highly recommend Anna's place! It is very clean and everything you need is available. The terrace with the view is a dream and you can hike or bike directly from the house. The area is beautiful! Anna was very friendly and helpful as a host!

We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is superbly equipped for every cooking experiment. The view will take your breath away and peaceful at the same time. The farm shop in the village is also worth a visit, as well as the milk filling station. Greta was super friendly and had great tips for us. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed 3 nights in Simone's and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short vacation and felt comfortable in the apartment.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

If I could, it would award 10 stars. Barbara and Sepp make you feel at home. The apartment is tastefully decorated and super clean. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. Keep it up and thank you for a few wonderful days in your apartment.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
