Large room on the 2nd floor with great views in the middle of the village of Stierva in the Albula Valley - at the entrance to Surses and Parc Ela. Suitable for hikers, bikers, ski tours, snowshoes... Wonderful scenery, quiet surroundings. The living room in the attic can be used: dining table, billiards, games, TV apps, books. Eating together is possible. However, the kitchen is private and can only be used together with Béa by arrangement. The guest bathroom is shared by the guests in the small room.

Our house with large terrace is located on the outskirts of Bolsterlang/Sonderdorf, right at the beginning of numerous, beautiful hiking trails, bike and ski tours. No through traffic. The lifts of the Hörnerbahn are easily accessible on foot and ideally suited for all levels of difficulty. We look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate the nature of the Allgäu region. Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

Stylish Guestroom next to Lake including Breakfast

The beautifully furnished guestroom, the cozy living room as well as the carefully arranged garden ensure perfect relaxation during your stay. The guestroom contains a comfortable 1.60m wide queensize bed and a pullout sleeping couch. The room comfortably fits four people. The bathroom is right across the guestroom and is for use exclusively by our guests. In the morning our guests will be treated with a delicious breakfest.

An old mansion with 3 double rooms and 1 single rooms, each with many nice details. We provide a personal service, including breakfast. In our holiday and adventure village we also offer several tepees, chalets and yurts with different sleeping setups. The village with fireplace, adventure playground and leisure meadow is of course also available for our B&B guests.

Our house is located above Alvaneu village, the sun terrace of the Albula Valley at 1250 m above sea level. meters above sea level with beautiful views of the village and the mountains of Parc Ela. In the village there is a Volg store and a doctor. We comply with the Covid cleaning plan.
