This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

280 m² villa close to the beaches, Royan, Palmyre Zoo (7 km) and at the foot of the Golf Course. The house has a heated pool and its California-style pool house. Upstairs you will be charmed by a large relaxation area with its overhead projector overlooking a large terrace facing the ocean and the typical "carrelets" of our region.
