Everything was impeccable. The room, and house in general, was extremely cozy and warm. Jane was a kind and delightful host. Highly recommended for those who enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you so much for the great, albeit brief, stay! Location was amazingly close to museums, great neighbourhood pubs and restaurants— all within comfortable walking distance.

Absolutely Fabulous! Anne could not have been a more accommodating and welcoming host. Her house is an eclectic mix of antiques, design and homely comfort. Everything you need to relax is here, and anything you may need you just have to ask. I came as a guest and left with a friend.

Great spot to stay for our legoland trip. Excellent communication from the hosts and a very nice house. We enjoyed planespotting as the planes landed, and it didn't disturb our night. Overall amazing

Janet's place is a little tricky to find as it's behind a tall hedge, other than that everything about Janet's place is perfect.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

Mara is a wonderful host she has a lovely house I found the whole experience really good, very clean comfy bed, a nice room & Mara is extremely helpful & nice five stars from me.

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

Amazing stay , perfect for the location we were working at. Great places to eat (Bone Daddys and Flat Iron were our fav finds so far, Sushi Samba was ok, but overpriced for what we got) The number of snacks and drinks he left out for us was amazing and so well received after finishing work at 4am Will be using again any time I'm working in the area, thank you so much for being a great host.

Great place to stay, I booked this for my parents whilst they visited us in Henley and it was great. James was really accommodating and welcoming!

Enzo and his mom are incredibly helpful and friendly. When we faced issues with the electricity, they would help us immediately. They are also very caring and did their best to ensure we are comfortable and satisfied with the stay. They are super generous with food and would sometimes bring down pizza for us. Thank you for having us and we had fun staying over! We would book again if we are staying in London! ❤️

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

A stay with Deborah is highly recommended, everything was spot on, we appreciated a place to park even beyond our check out time. Deborah is friendly interesting and welcoming, we'd definitely visit again if we're on the area and it isn't booked out. Thank you.

Stay at Margaret’s was amazing. She was very attentive and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 recommend :)

Fiona was a stellar host. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very much enjoyed chatting to Fiona over breakfast and appreciated any advice given on how to get around the city. Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

I had a very pleasant stay, David's place is bright and airy but cosy at the same time. Great breakfast and lovely hosts.

We loved our overnight in this peaceful village before our flight from Stansted home to the US. Verna wisely encouraged us to make reservations at the local pub, Fleur de Lys, for dinner which was the perfect way to end our English holiday with authentic fish and chips and friendly pub atmosphere where everyone seemed to know each other. We would gladly stay again, although it may be another decade before we get another trip without our kiddos! Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Penny and Keith’s place. Penny put me and my young daughter immediately at ease and was just so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and homely and we both slept very well. Breakfast was much appreciated. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful but with easy access to central London and had the added benefit of free street parking right near the house which is handy if arriving by car. We’d definitely like to come back.
