A very cozy, pleasant and nice place if you're looking for something downtown. There are several options to go around the apartment's perimeter, from food to parks. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Everything was fine with the place, in a very good location, close to downtown and as described in the listing. We had no problem with the services and the patio great to take my two puppies. Flexibility is appreciated with them. We were very comfortable in the house. While we didn't have much communication with Gladys, there was no problem or anything that made it difficult to get in and out of the place, everything was well organized and with the directions he gave us was enough.

Excellent service, always attentive and also flexible, it helped us a lot that they let us arrive early and leave a little later, always kind, and the conditions of the house were excellent, I would schedule again.

Of the 8 places we’ve stayed in Mexico, this one was our favorite. The villa is even better than the photos. The host is very responsive via Whats App. There is 24/7 security and we felt very safe. We drove ourselves and easily parked right outside the entrance. It’s a quick, easy drive to the pyramids and hot air balloons. The beds were comfortable for us, soft but supportive. The kids loved being able to swim and watch a movie (Disney, Netflix) from the pool and seating area. We ordered food via Whats App and the hotel delivered it right to our room. The hanging tree lights and fire ambiance was perfect. It was very private and though there were lots of guests staying at the hotel we couldn’t hear any noise. Lots of water bottles, towels etc provided. A perfect stay.

The apartment was spotless, the location is a bit far from downtown but if you bring a car there is no problem. The water was very salty, however everything else was excellent.

The apartment is very nice and they keep it very clean, as shown in the photos. It has a very safe parking spot. Comfortable beds, bathrooms and kitchen with everything you need. My family and I had a great time. The host is very kind and always attentive to our stay. I definitely recommend it.
