I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this brand-new listing, and it was a great experience overall. The house is very large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Location is great with walking distance to a BTS station, making it a perfect base to explore Bangkok from. The host Luca is very responsive and was eager to assist with any questions I had about the area, as well as giving some great recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife spots to check out in Bangkok. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for top notch Bangkok experience!

Awesome place to stay for a weekend break from Bkk. Such a cosy house, super-relaxing. Only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because we wouldn't want it booked out when we try to come back!

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

my family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The lady owner was so friendly with a lovely smile. The pool was the main attraction and the kids had hours of fun in it. not to far from Pattaya beach 10 minutes by car and a short grab ride to nightlife. cant recommend too much will definitely be back

I really enjoyed the place it’s quiet and peaceful. You’re close to beach and everywhere else. The pool was my favorite part. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this place. Such a cool layout with a great swimming pool with 2 water slides (1 big, 1 small) plus pool inflatables. The beds were comfortable and the place felt super spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Definitely the first choice! 5 minutes walk to 7-11 There's a BIG C a little further away. Traffic is smoother than in other places The host is friendly and can respond immediately

A great place for gathering and stay which you will never get bored even just hanging in the house. Pool, bbq rack, full kitchen, big dining table, billiard, KTV room and plenty of room to stay in. Host is kind, helpful and responsive.

Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel just like home. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach every morning, and it was never crowded—just perfect. We’d definitely love to come back and will be recommending it to our friends and family. A great large villa with a beautiful clean pool, air conditioning and other amenities work, the owner is very kind and gave great recommendations for establishments. We will come back here again

The apartment is ideally located, just 2 minutes from the seaside and the main road of Bangsaen. While the apartment’s equipment is not the most modern, everything works perfectly. It’s also possible to have Wi-Fi by inserting a SIM card into the router. The condo’s facilities are sufficient, although it’s a bit of a shame that the pool isn’t lit at night. Lastly, the host is very responsive and answers questions quickly. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience!
