Vacation rentals with a pool in Saen Suk

It’s our fourth visit. Love the place love the location love all the facility.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Nick was super responsive and helpful, great host overall and the place was perfect for a peaceful escape near Pattaya without the noise of the city

My stay here was incredible. Travelling with a couple of friends we booked last minute. The villa is awesome with a private pool and garden. Host is a gentleman who’s happy to help.

if you look at the other reviews you will see that this place is very big and excellent value for money. It is a great base for your visit with local amenities within easy walking distance or a short taxi drive if you wish to go a little further. the pool area is nice with food available if you wish. Great location away from busy Pattaya, small community feel with some great restaurants nearby. Easy to get a Grab if you need to get anywhere. The apartment is huge, really comfortable and fabulous views. Really helpful host.

Very well in order apartment. Looks like the pictures. Slightly quieter location a 15 minute drive from pattaya. Nice beach in front of it.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall, it was a great experience. The price was very competitive and the location is superb, with plenty of shops nearby. The facility offers a spacious hall and a refreshing pool, adding excellent value to the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi was impressively fast. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. The only drawback was that the room occasionally had an unpleasant smell, but it didn't overshadow the many positive aspects of the accommodation.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.
