I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, with many establishments nearby, making it super convenient. The host was fantastic very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I've stayed in many places using air bnb Qian and Sky were literally the best host I've ever dealt with. Really friendly, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and gave excellent reviews for places to eat. If I ever decide to come back to Pattaya I will definitely stay here again, if it's available. The condo was secured, security everywhere, which I love, but also check in was simple, and fast. I recommend Qians place 10/10 and the price was excellent as well.

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

Great place & location with good views on 8th floor. Walkable to Big C & the beach. Anand is very polite & was responsive to my questions. Hope to return again.

اتردد كثيرا على باتايا وغالبا اسكن unixx يبقى مسكن بيتر هو الافضل لدي اوصي بشده وخصوصا المضيف السيد بيتر لن تجد افضل من يتفهم ويتعاون ويحاول أرضا ضيوفه بشتى السبل

My stay here was incredible. Travelling with a couple of friends we booked last minute. The villa is awesome with a private pool and garden. Host is a gentleman who’s happy to help.

had a great time at the stay! place was huge and it could accommodate me and my friends for songkran :-) it is truly a nice place to live in and it has a 7-11 nearby! place isn’t the most convenient but the stay itself was worth it, very nicely decorated and hosts are friendly and helpful as well!! even offer a free transport from airport to stay :>

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Very comfortable home to stay in, especially as we were in a group of 6 friends travelling together. Host Aom was extremely helpful with suggestions on local places to eat and have clear directions on how to find the place. It's close to BTS but still about 30 minutes away by train to central Bangkok, so not much to do except a local night market. Good place to unwind but a little too far away from the city centre. Plenty of snacks and beverages supplied, which was a nice touch. Easy communication with host, Aom.

위치도 다운타운과 가깝고 워킹스트리트도 가깝고 위치 상당히 좋다. 그리고 중요한 건 호스트가 너무 친절하고 너무 빠른 응답을 해주고 정말 좋은 호스트였다. 내가 지갑을 분실해서 집카드를 잃어버렸는데 그는 새벽시간에 나를 위해서 새벽에 카드를 가져다 주었다. 너무너무 고마웠다. 그는 정말 좋은 호스트다. 나는 이 호스트가 꼭 잘 됐으면 좋겠다. 여기는 정말 좋은 곳이다 추천합니다.

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Bilder sind auf dem aktuellen Stand und man kann überall gut zu Fuß hin. Der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl lassen einen auch gut produktiv sein.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war sehr modern. Sie ist etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (15 min mit Bolt). Aber es war sehr ruhig und sehr angenehm. Würde immer wieder zurück kommen!
