The common room includes a washing machine, dryer and a freezer that residents can use for a fee. Can be used as a drying room for shoes and clothes. Bikes with helmets, and boats can be rented. Cozy holiday home with fantastic views towards Hjørundfjorden. More patios/terrace, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is 35m from parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and shared barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400m to Sæbø city center with grocery stores, niche shops, hotel and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at additional cost, floating dock 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

På idylliske Sæbøneset gard ligg "Gamlehuset". Med panoramautsikt ut over dei majestetiske "Sunnmørsalpane" ligg garden som har vore i familien i fleire generasjoner. Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.

Volda, home with view in rural surroundings, 1 floor

The decor is a mix of retro, old treasures and some new. Duvets and pillows are mostly new. Can get thinner if desired. We live in the countryside , our village is called Hjartåbygda, 10 min drive from Volda city center. Here, public transport is not developed, so they should dispose of their own car. Nice hiking area right out the door, marked trails. Otherwise quiet and quiet. Right by the sea, and a car is not far to many of the healthy mountains.
