With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.
