Perfect accommodation and host, I had a wonderful holiday here. The scenery around the house is beautiful, even more beautiful than the attractions, it is highly recommended to spend a day hiking nearby. The room is also very well equipped, and the host has prepared everything you need. We don't drive, we rely on the train to get around, although it's 15 minutes from the train station, but the scenery is beautiful all the way, and it's a pleasure to walk on the road. The host is also very nice, solves any problems in time, and gives me very useful travel guides. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in.

This was our second time staying at Kurt’s place and it was another great stay! Kurt’s hospitality is unmatched. His home is in a beautiful location next to Lungern lake which my girlfriend and I enjoy walking to (5 min walk). I will definitely be staying at Kurt’s place again!

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! We enjoyed staying at Astrid's very much. The apartment is super nice, very clean and perfectly equipped. In addition, it is super centrally located with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Astrid was always available to us and the whole check-in and check-out process was extremely straightforward. We will be happy to come back anytime!! :)

We spent our vacation in this apartment and were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, quiet and well equipped. Communication with the landlord was smooth and quick. We can fully recommend this apartment and would book again at any time.

Lovely location in a quiet village, close to the train station, all well!

Beautiful apartment with the host and family live up stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped for everything you needed to cook a meal. Particularly grateful for the range of spices that Petra provided. Everything is spotlessly clean and the apartment is roomy.

Corina was an amazing host. The place was very clean, spotless and very scenic with lake and mountains visible from the balcony. Great location to experience living in the Swiss countryside while still living very close to Lucerne. Corina went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay including picking and dropping us to and from the train station and finding us a replacement bag because of a broken zipper. She also provided us with great local recommendations for the region. When me and my family visit Switzerland the next time, we will definitely be staying at the same place and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is looking to stay here.

Maya was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, making sure we had everything we need. The chalet was beautiful, with amazing views, and was well equipped with everything you could ever need for a holiday, and more!

A great place to stay, clear, precise and very easy to access instructions. A very quiet place, although a little noisy at night since it is right next to the road with vehicles, although that was not a problem for us, it should be considered. You can go for walks in the area, which is very beautiful and peaceful. There are also good places to eat quite close. You can literally walk there.

Beatrice is a great host! She makes you feel right at home and welcomes you with a warmth that feels like family! Her home is beautiful and very well maintained! Great views & comfortable amenities. Not to forget, if you are a cat person - You get to meet Luna as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this lovely home!

We ate at the Steak house next door and it was delicious!!! Then, the Airbnb is located in Meltchal, such a beautiful village with magnificent landscapes!

INCREDIBLE!! The photos don’t do justice to just how truly incredible this place is. I would recommend 10/10 times and would come back in a second. Marlise, her husband Chrigel and son Mike were all incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us get a more local experience. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train/boat station, restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub/ sauna and outdoor shower, mixed with the view make this place a relaxing paradise.

10/10 - We stayed in over 10 different apartments on our travels across Europe and this was the BEST! The hosts were so warm and friendly. They made us feel so welcomed and at home. Not to mention, the place itself is even more magnificent than the photos. It is a stunning view from both the porch and the hot tub. I'm telling you - I'd book this place 100 times again. It was exactly what we wanted after a long day of hiking and taking in the beauty of Switzerland. We will be back and will recommend this place to our friends too.

Ursula was an amazing host, always made sure we were enjoying our stay and even gave us a ride to the train station at the end of our stay! The apartment is perfectly clean and comfortable and the view is breathtaking. Being in the hot tub with such a beautiful view was unbelievable, hard to grasp the grandeur of all you could see from the property. If you are looking to stay near Bern I can’t imagine there’s a more perfect place to to stay. I highly recommend and hope to come back one day!

Esther’s place was the perfect home base for our Switzerland trip! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still convenient for train travel and day trips. Esther and Peter were kind and responsive hosts, and made us feel at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location very spacious with beautiful view of surrounding Alps. Easy access with clear instructions and signs to get to the Unit. Comfortable Bed with power retractable shades over 4 Skylights (2 in the Bedroom, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the kitchen). Peter was friendly and very quick to respond to a couple very minor issues. Thoroughly enjoyed all the time we were in the Unit or on the balcony. The awkwardness of the business setting was totally not ever a concern once you enter the Unit you feel like your at home. Very clean and perfect location for lots of places to visit. Every time we arrived back from our day out total quiet as all the workers were gone home. One of my favorite times was waking up in the middle of the night and feeling like I was outside looking thru the Skylights at the stars. Amazing great Unit and would definitely stay again if in the area.
