It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Torre al Monte - Luxury Historical Tower in Umbria

The tower is spectacular: a 12th-century structure restored with labor and love, with beautiful art and furniture. On a hilltop among vineyards and olive groves and fields of sunflowers, with a view across valleys to Todi, other hilltop towns, and mountains. And Raffaella was wonderful. I hope to go back. Which is to say: this place will stay with me.

Marlene ‘s house is spectacular , the decor , amenities, location , amazing host she was always responsive and friendly, the village is a hidden gem, all walking distance from the house right at the heart of a beautiful medieval town with all the charm the area has to offer , we also enjoyed recommendations of the host a fantastic SPA steps away from the house with stunning views , a complete Wao factor to add to all the great amenities . I would highly recommend Marlene’s house for a long visit or short trip, less than two hours from Ciampino Airport the location is ideal

We really enjoyed our stay at Mirta’s place. The space they’ve created feels authentic and full of history, which made our visit feel very meaningful. The view is wonderful, surrounded by greenery, and the peaceful atmosphere encouraged us to slow down. Mirta and her husband were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Mirta showed us a detailed map of Umbria and gave us excellent local tips that helped us avoid touristy spots and explore more genuine places. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience Umbria beyond the usual tourist experience and connect with locals.

Everything was great and as described. Wonderful views and a lot of privacy. The accommodation is secluded, so you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. Many beautiful villages such as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia are well accessible by car. Overall highly recommended.

APT I giovani - castle with pool

It was a special retreat up the windy roads to the castle which overlooks a beautiful valley of olive trees and agricultural land. With a very nice pool to cool off during hot summer days this peaceful place is an absolute delight. When you watch the sunset, the radiating orange sun from the castle grounds you will fall in love with this place. Activities in the area include but are not limited to hiking, horse back riding, and truffle hunting. A restful place, great views, friendly, peaceful, and historic that will feel like being a king or queen living in a castle.

Michele's house is a detached villa with complete amenities and comfortable for a family given the two bedrooms and a kitchen complete with all the amenities that we used in the evening as during the day we visited villages in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio covering many kilometers....and for this reason on returning from the various days we appreciated the comforts of the house and the quiet area. Thanks to Michele and his family!
