Lake house vacation rentals in Sabaudia

The flat is located on the first floor of a villa just 1 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from several restaurants. We stayed there with our 1.5 years old son and we really enjoyed the nice garden and the playgrounds that are 5 min walk from the house. The host Blandina is very friendly and helpful, she welcomed us with a basket of organic vegetables. Prior to my visit I read some comments about the gaps in the balcony: I can only say that for a kid of 1.5 years old it's fine and there is no danger. We can only recommend this place!

Everything is great!!!

Very nice and spacious villa, equipped with ample indoor and outdoor spaces. The presence of many bedrooms and bathrooms makes it ideal for a nice party. Proximity to the sea, with private access, availability of umbrellas and sun loungers in the beach area, make it even more appreciated. Maybe you could improve the decor that looks a little old and spartan but still functional.

She was very friendly.

I took a couple of days of complete relaxation with my dogs not too far from home (85Km) and the situation was fully up to my expectations, if not more. The location is really beautiful and Maria is a very friendly host, extremely kind, always available and immediately present, but without being intrusive or indiscreet. The place is really wonderful for those who love nature and look for a break from the chaos of the city. There is also a barbecue with which to cook meat or fish grilled outdoors and freely. Nearby there is M.te San Biagio, as well as the cork of San Vito, which I recommend visiting. Next door is 1 rowing club (with bar included) where you can also take a pedal boat with which to venture through Lake Fondi, or enjoy from the garden overlooking the lake, the wonder of fantastic sunsets. In short, a romantic place to relax and rest in peace!

we had a great time, the house was very functional and very equipped, there is everything, really clean and welcoming, the garden is beautiful and the residence is beautiful. I will be back.

The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures. It is a clean place and the jacuzzi was a fabulous addition. Vittorio is a very responsive, flexible and accommodating host. We would recommend staying here

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

the apartment was in good condition, and the host made us find clean linens for everyone and the sofa bed is ready and was very kind, the place where the apartment is located is not the best, so I think the price is a little high, but everything went well

the house is conveniently located to appreciate the beautiful sea of Sperlonga, the beach is within walking distance. Also nearby is a bar,restaurant, convenience store, and pizzeria, practically below the house. The beds are comfortable and the linens are provided of excellent quality. Silvia is a kind and helpful host.

Gilberto was always available, responding immediately and providing clear and intuitive directions. The house is delicious, nestled in a pine forest overlooking the lake. Even in the scorching heat of these months it was really good. I stayed a few days to work far from the city and, despite being in the open countryside and far from the town, the connection was always quite good, as Gilberto initially confirmed. I highly recommend this cottage for anyone who wants to escape city traffic and needed not only a place near the sea, but also just a secluded and quiet place where they can relax.

Maria was very kind and incredibly helpful, the property is beautiful with its location on the lake, we took advantage of the pedal boat during the stay, but they still made us use the pedal boat and the property despite the fact that we had checked out even on the last day. We'll definitely be back.
