Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

David couldn’t have been a better host, being very friendly and offering extra services that mad our stay comfortable. the place was very large, very clean and had everything you need. The Added touches give the place so much charm and we wish we stayed longer.

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

Nice place, Klidi's parents live next door and are very friendly. They made us feel at home. Apartment is really nice with unbeatable view from the huge terrace.

Very cute and cozy unit! Great hosts, beautiful view of the water, and very walkable to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Most comfortable bed we found in Italy! Would stay again.

Sara and her space were lovely! We arrived fairly late and Sara arranged a taxi to pick us up, as well as greeted us at the door. We only stayed through the night, but the place was great! Very close to the airport, giving us really easy access to flying out the next day. If you need quick access to the airport for an early flight, this space is perfect!

modern apartment, spacious, comfortable, very clean and welcoming, in an excellent location also for the free parking right in front of the house. A few kilometers from Sermoneta and Ninfa. My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Francesco is a kind and communicative host. He provided the necessary information on how to get to the train station and the center of Rome. He greeted us, showed us around the apartment and handed over the keys. The apartment is as in the photos and as described. About 10 minutes' walk to the train, from there a few stations by train to Termini station. Shops nearby, parking space in front of the apartment, safe. We checked into Stefano’s place after a sleepless flight in preparation for our upcoming wedding. The place was easy to find, spotless and cozy, in a super convenient area with a pizzeria/cafe next door and a short walk to the beautiful seaside with amazing restaurants. We had a comfortable, well needed rest before our journey. With a contactless check out, we thought we would be on our way. Stefano stopped by to say goodbye just as we were realizing the tire on our rental had a flat! He was an absolute saviour by helping us call roadside assistance, use the tire repair kit, and leave the sad rental car in his parking spot until it could be towed. The Airbnb Stefano has is a fantastic, but the real gem has been dealing with Stefano himself. Grazie mille and we will be back!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is a quiet place and everything is well stocked. The pillows and bed were comfortable. It was very clean and extremely well thought out. The hosts left nice snacks and water. They assisted with airport transfers at a reasonable price. The hosts were amazing to deal with including offering advice for restaurants and things to do. I loved this Air B & B and Andrea who was our host and guide! It was a great way to finish a month long trip to a beautiful country!

I liked the accommodation very much, no questions, everything is perfect. If you are renting to visit Rome, I do not recommend it, because you need to change 3 types of transport to get there, and if you are by car, then there will be no problems
