Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

Spent 4 days at this air bnb. I can say we would definitely book again. Super close to all the airport and san juan attractions. Space was small but comfortable. Host was super friendly and helped us find the home. We can’t wait to come back.

Ana is fantastic. An excellent host! I stayed at her place for an extended period and everything about the experience was great. Highly recommend!

Wilson was an amazing host and super informative as well. He gave us a list of local recomendations for food and activities that saved the day when trying to find where to go next. The Bnb is amazing for the price, very much so a good “bang for buck” place.

Erick was super helpful and accommodating! The air bnb was very clean & everything was just like in the pictures. The neighbors were extremely kind as well. Street parking worked for us I honestly have no complaints. Thank you Erick :)))

My stay at Julissa’s place was fantastic. Host was readily available to answer my questions and just pleasant. It was private, close to all that is necessary. The home was clean and just as described. I would certainly recommend and book again, Thank you Julissa!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

The apartment is mainly for one or two people if You want to rest in Puerto Rico and want privacy with your Significant other. I enticed my sleep at night very quiet and we would wake up early to head to sight see. Affordable stay. Clean and organized. The host is friendly and he’s at your service.

The place was easy to find and exceptionally clean, which was the highlight. It was peaceful and quiet, with no noise at all. Since there are several stray cats in the area, the smell of cat feces at the entrance of the property was slightly unpleasant. However, this is something beyond the host's control.

I had a wonderful time staying at Netzer’s place. I am very familiar with the area and it felt like home. The home was very beautiful and had parking !!! Also it was so peaceful!! Netzer was very responsive and helpful !! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Adis was great from the beginning till the end of our stay. She made us feel welcomed and gave helpful instructions. The place was very clean and loved how nice it smelled. Had all the items we needed from kitchen items to towels. The beds are so comfortable and spacious rooms. The gathering area outside was a plus especially the pool. The home is beautiful. Neighborhood is very safe. I will definitely stay at this home again and definitely recommend it. You would love your stay here.

Great host and great stay water pressure could be better but that’s minor loved staying here

First time trip to PR with my family, group of 9 six adults and 3 bigger children and a toddler, space was not a problem outside area was perfect, host was very accommodating and i couldn’t have had a better stay.

It was a lovely spot, and we had a wonderful stay. Kewin was incredibly accommodating with all our requests and made sure everything was perfect for us.

Very spacious, clean home. Nice, peaceful location. We enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth was a great host!

Place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The main bedrooms had a/c which honestly kept the whole house cool ( you definitely noticed the difference when air was turned off). Neighborhood was quiet and not much around but like other comments there is roosters sounding in the morning. It wasn’t bothersome to us once we knew what it was but at first hearing it was a bit startling 😭. Very comfy area and lots of local restaurants nearby. The location was good and was in middle to travel to the old San Juan, ceiba, and beaches.

The house was perfect and the location Amazing. Valerie provided us with everything we needed and that is something I appreciate.

Leon’s place was fantastic! You’re right on the beach with several activities and restaurants near by. Kitchen was nice, had all the things we needed! The unit has nice upgrades and is very chic. Thank you!!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

My family of 6 stayed in the Pent House and it was perfect! The building felt safe, people were kind. Direct access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the beach! I have 3 small children and they loved it. Watching the waves and the sunrise were priceless! Tons of things walking distance.. , Walgreens, fast food, Asian food, pizza, not far from a lot most attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This was the most perfect place for our few days in San Juan. I cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of it all, everything is walkable. The Airbnb itself was exactly as expected if not better. We had a hiccup with the shower on our first day / no hot water but our host was very quick to proactively help and get a solution for us. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable I’m still dreaming about it. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!!

Beatrice’s apartments are always the best to stay in. They are very comfy, in a great location and always clean and inviting. She has everything you need in the apt. If there is ever an issue, she answers back right away and takes care of the issue but we have never had any bad issues while staying in her apartments. We love staying at Mar Bella apts and looking out over the beach! Beautiful views! Another great stay vacation!

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.
