Monthly Rentals in Sabah

This is the best homestay I have experienced in Kota Kinabalu. The hostess is very warm and considerate. Because it was a friend's birthday, she specially prepared snacks and delivered them to our place. She also wrote a greeting and drew a picture. Very thoughtful. When it was raining, she came out to pick us up without an umbrella. Because we were in a hurry, she also sent our luggage to the airport. She enthusiastically recommended us good food nearby...In short, it is very thoughtful, the room facilities are very smart, the yard environment is also very good, sitting on the balcony at night is very comfortable, the room is very clean and fragrant, in short, the experience is very good, I highly recommend everyone to choose this homestay!

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. I highly recommend Catherine's Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—I would definitely stay here again!

It is close to the airport, railway station and bus station. It is far away from the hustle and bustle, but it is very convenient to reach various scenic spots. The nearby local food is within walking distance. The only drawback is that the air conditioning equipment is a little noisy. You can only fall asleep quietly after setting auto turning off the power at night.

The place was great with an amazing view with amazing sevice from the staffs. Love it!
