首先要说的是，不知道爱彼迎平台出了什么问题，导致房屋管家没有收到我的订房信息，但我在预定前就提前联系了房东Paul并告知我们需要late check-in, 但在我们在晚上四点多抵达建筑时，我们才发现没有任何指示告诉我们如何进入房屋。一直到将近六点时Krystle才赶来解决了问题并表示抱歉（即使这不是她的错），虽然这一切有些奇怪，但我们非常感谢Krystle的积极处理，她提供了退我们一晚房费的解决方案并在后续问题上积极响应。我再次想提醒即将预定此住宿且在夜晚到达的人，请反复检查是否有一切的check-in指示，以及房东保持沟通，房源入口在地图定位的反面。公寓很棒，很干净，装饰很有特色，符合我对马来西亚建筑的想象（我热爱马来西亚小说和电影），位置极佳，很容易通过步行抵达码头，周边有各种好吃的餐厅、美食和很棒的商场。唯一不足的就是楼下的墨西哥餐吧的音乐会一直吵闹到半夜，这对于睡眠不好的人来说是需要避免的事情，我建议最好带耳塞来。

The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with the washing machine, they responded right away and even arranged for a technician to come and check it the same night. Really appreciated the prompt support!

WOW - an amazing 5D/4N. 5 glorious days of relaxing: 2+h snorkeling trips every morning & even longer trips in the afternoons, fishing from the "flying banana", swimming with green turtles, evenings chilling on a private deck in the hammocks or ocean swing & just time to breathe & discover island life (outside of the westernised veneer of the resorts). It takes less than 30min to circumnavigate Mabul at a leisurely pace. We met Reed & Nor as hosts & guests but became friends. With no running hot water (that said the cold showers were refreshing & very welcome), no air con (in 39+ C but fans in our bedroom with a full opening wall to the deck provided more than adequate ventilation) & sporadic electricity it is not for everyone but adds to the authenticity of living on the island (& with power banks was no issue at all). Al (boat driver & turtle spotter 🐢 extrodinaire) & Ry (house helper) couldn't have been kinder when stepping up to run lodge unexpectedly. Amazing meals & perfect stay

这里环境不错，住得蛮舒服，有独立的小院，也有性价比很高的跳岛服务，价格很公道，其他旅行社或网上跳岛游里的浮潜是一个导游带6个人，这个民宿的是一个导游带2-3人（浮潜），深潜是一个导游带1-2人，满满的安全感！我们在镇上买海鲜带回民宿帮忙加工，做得很好吃！最后要大力表扬管家阿诚，服务非常好！很贴心周到！比如我在浮潜时害怕，他会让另外个导游一对一耐心教导我，游完上来有点冷，他会贴心的给我干净的毛巾让我别感冒了等等！在这里感受到了温暖。谢谢管家阿诚。

We didn’t exactly get to stay at Chin Shiu’s place as due to bad weather there was no power and we were graciously given the option for refund. Nonetheless we were given a tour of the wonderfully decorated property by Leslie, it was like a child’s treehouse on steroids but with the usual creature comforts and quirky and nostalgic decor. The place is quite isolated so best to bring in some provisions before arriving.

It's a good location to stay. Near to Likas Stadium. The rooms are clean. Kah Li provided breakfast meals which is great. Her family helps with the hosting and very accomodating.

It was a very nice experience to spend a week with your kind family in Long Pasia. We made very nice excursions (hikes, cooking, rafting), which we will always remember. It is very nice how warm, nice and friendly the whole family and the people in the whole village are. We will miss that. We hope we can meet you again soon!

Very nice place. The room is basic, small, and very cosy. Nature lovers will absolutely adore it as the surroundings are filled with flowers and other plants. There's free breakfast and the place has a restaurant for dinners. The staff was very helpful. It's also walkable distance to Kinabalu Park. One downside is that the steps above the room are pretty loud but there's peace and silence at night night.

I had a really great time in Paul’s Gypsy and later on I came back and stayed in the Bungalow. These rooms are located in a very nice area with small cafe’s. Paul always responded very quick to my questions. In case I come back to Kota Kinabalu I will for sure try to book one of these stylish rooms again.

Awesome space in a great location! Paul and Krystle were excellent with communication and assisting us whilst we were there. Room was spacious and comfortable and authentic and we loved it! Local recommendations were also great and right above El Centro cafe and across the road from Nook which does amazing coffee. Highly recommend!

nor and reed are super great hosts and they go above and beyond to make their guests happy. i would definitelly come back because of the island and because of them .. reed is a great cook and nor is just wonderfull to be around her. amazing place and amazing people .. real island experience snorkeling with al and reed. also the entire house, not only the bedroom and bathroom, is very clean. i felt like home, thanks guys! it was also nice to spend some time with both tiger the cat and gigi the dog, they keep great company :)
