Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, perfekt für ein paar Tage Urlaub. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man so brauchen könnte. Gute Lage, das man kein Auto braucht um in Saalbach überall hin zu kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Maria Alm. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und hat eine tolle Sonnenterrasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns bei unseren Ausflugsüberlegungen hervorragend beraten. Das Zentrum und auch ein Lebensmittelmarkt sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Für unseren PKW war eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus gegeben. Allgemein sehr positiv fanden wir die inkludierte Hochkönig-Card, mit der man Lifte und Busse kostenlos unbegrenzt benutzen kann. Desweiteren ist das in der Wohnung verfügbare Kartenmaterial sehr hilfreich.

Очень комфортное жилье. Прекрасное озеро и горы видно прямо из окон. Частная территория для уютного отдыха. Вблизи много ресторанов и прочих развлекательных мест. Мы остались очень довольны уикендом.

Alles total unkompliziert und angenehm. Super schönes Apartment, wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen und es auch zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Alles richtig sauber, eine schöne und moderne Ausstattung mit ausreichend Platz, wir waren 5 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und hatten das Apartment Top 3. Die Sauna ist auch herrlich und der schöne Balkon lädt dazu ein schöne Abendstunden zu verbringen. Wir waren einfach rund um zufrieden und haben uns zu jederzeit wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Enorme aanrader voor een fijne skivakantie. Dicht bij de skibus, bakkerij, verhuur. Met de bus binnen 5 min bij de piste. Prachtig gebied. Huisje heel mooi. Ruim, leuk dakterras en alles in de keuken wat je nodig hebt!

Top Unterkunft, genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Sauna, Pool und Whirlpool können jederzeit genutzt werden. Auch die Kommunikation war problemlos und immer hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in Saalbach. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bus und Gondelbahnen sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, das war sehr angenehm. Vor dem Haus ist jedem Apartment ein Stellplatz zugewiesen, das ist sehr praktisch. Das Gepäck konnten wir so schnell und einfach ausladen und mit dem Aufzug nach oben befördern. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, gut ausgestattet und geräumig und war für uns zu viert genau richtig. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Check-in ist ein Kinderspiel und die Kommunikation mit Kristina sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prima verblijf. In het appartement alles aanwezig. Dicht bij gondel en apres- ski. Wil eigenlijk niet te positief zijn want wij komen graag volgend jaar terug.

Tudo ótimo, as instalações da acomodação, cozinha completa, único problema são os dois sofás cama que são bem desconfortáveis, acredito que a acomodação seja melhor descrita para 2 pessoas com conforto, sugiro uma troca ao sofá cama, no entanto, todo o resto é perfeito, recomendo e voltaria facilmente.

Super Aufenthalt, haben uns bei Laura sehr wohl gefühlt! Perfekt für Biker mit viel Platz fürs Equipment.

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Freundesgruppe gebucht: Es war wirklich gelungen. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern persönlich und herzlich Empfangen, mit tollen Empfehlungen für den Ort ausgestattet, bei späteren Nachfragen wurde stets schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Die einzige Verbesserungsidee wäre ein leichter zu bedienendes TV-System. Danke für die tolle Woche! Beim nächsten Urlaub in Saalbach kommen wir wieder.

Angenehm ruhige Lage und nur ein paar hundert Meter von der Kohlmais Talstation und dem Learn to Ride Park entfernt. Geräumiges Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert auch mit Kindern.

Amazing 7 day stay at this beautiful apartment. Perfect location with fabulous views from your choice of two spacious balconies both with chairs and one with a swing. Easily accessible and only a short walk away from multiple shops and centre of Saalbach. Very modern apartment with beautiful bathroom including a warm powerful shower and fully equipped kitchen that is very clean. Large cupboard available for storage of large suitcases/ski equipment etc and so does not feel cluttered with bags. Also two televisions with access to Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc. The host is quick to respond to queries during our stay, but also was very helpful in preparation for our trip with detailed information regarding the apartment. Our only small complaints would be that check in is after 4pm which wasn't great for us as we arrived early, and also the pull out bed was slightly uncomfortable for 7 night stay. However we would definitely stay here again and have recommended this to friends!!!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite tenu par Maikel et Britt est magnifique et très bien situé dans un cadre de moyennes montagne (1350 m) situé au pied du Hochkönig dans un cadre bucolique et reposant. Maikel et Britt sont très accueillants et conviviaux, toujours présents pour de bons conseils. le gite est très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Le sauna est fort utile après une bonne ballade. Le village de Mühlbarch am Hochkönig est situé en contre bas à 5 km dans une petite vallée au centre de nombreuses randonnées et aussi une station de ski familiale. Nous recommandons.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

War für ein Wochenende mit Frau und Hund dort. Alles Top! Von der Ausstattung her bis hin zum Service. Nicole und Klaus kümmern sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hervorragende und super nette Gastgeber. Die Location eignet sich super zum Erholen, allein schon wegen dem Wellness Bereich. Pool, Sauna, Garten und Whirlpool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Perfekt um sich eine Auszeit zu gönnen und die Akkus wieder voll aufzuladen. Werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr schönes Airbnb, großer Innen- sowie Außenbereich.
