Vacation rentals with beach access in Sa Rocca Tunda

We really enjoyed our stay a lot. Originally, we intended to stay only a couple of days but ended up spending our entire vacation at Davide's place. Incredible friendly hosts, beautiful beach close by. Our stay could not have been better.

The apartment was newly furnished throughout and very clean. Check in and communication was easy. the apartment is in a good location for the beach and town as well as only a short drive to the city of Oristano and many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay

L'appartamento è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera e attrezzata di Torregrande e dal lungomare pedonale con bar e ristoranti. Posizione strategica per visitare in pochi minuti le splendide spiagge a nord di Oristano, oltre ai siti archeologici di Tharros e Barumini. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort per una serena vacanza. Patrizia è Mario sono stati due host presenti, gentili e puntuali

Idéalement placé ( la rue à traverser pour être sur la plage) et calme, le logement correspond à la description et a été parfait pour mon usage. Je recommande et reviendrai. Bien que le logement soit géré par une entreprise, le correspondant sur place, Giovanni, a été réactif, accueillant et amical.

We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

Parfait pour nous, joli logement bien décoré, très bon contact avec Pasquina qui nous a émerveillé avec ses sucreries ! La montée des étages un peu sportive mais ça dynamise. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Klare Anweisungen erhalten für den Check-In. Vorgängig viele Videos und Fotos erhalten für den Zugang zur Wohnung und für das „korrekte“ benutzen der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, super schöner Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon oder vom Meer. Die Wohnung/Studio ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Küche, gut geeignet zum einfache Menus kochen.

Staying with Renato & Mary was a lovely experience as they have such a beautiful place and are really near to the lovely town of Bosa. Super friendly and always happy to help. We really appreciated the small touches of home grown veg for us to try. They also made sure there were key food bits in for us to use so we wouldn’t necessarily have to go straight to the supermarket which was very thoughtful. Marsha the on site dog was also a winner for the kids. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely recommended this for those staying in the area. Hopefully see you both again in future 😊

Das Bau House ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wer in der Nähe von Oristano eine Unterkunft sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Daniele war super nett, hilfsbereit und hatte nützliche Empfehlungen. Würden die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen.

l'appartamento di Francesca è immerso in una magnifica pineta. l'abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e totalmente corrispondente a foto e descrizione dell'annuncio. la spiaggia più vicina non è la più bella e nei giorni di tramontana è da evitare

Nous somme restés une semaine chez Davide, et ce fut le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé dans un Airbnb. Davide était extrêmement arrangeant, souriant, sympathique et a pris de son temps pour nous visiter et nous donner des recommendations de choses à faire même après que sa mère soit venue nous déposer les clefs. un grand merci à elle aussi pour son accueil. Belle attention de leur part, ils nous ont laissé une bouteille de vin et pain traditionnel sarde. l'appartement est spacieux avec 3 chambres, une cuisine toute équipée, une clim, une douche d'extérieur dans la cour intérieure, parfait pour le retour de la plage qui se situe directement à la sortie de l'appartement. Énormément de moustiques mais toutes les entrées et fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Peu de touristes (comparé au nord) donc facile de se garer devant chaque jour, belles plages très proches et position centrale donc pratique pour un daytrip. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là-bas !

We really enjoyed our days with Michela. The accommodation is in a great location by the sea and there are lots of things to do in the area. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped - we didn't miss anything. The communication was smooth and very good. She and her family made us feel very welcome. We can only recommend Michela's accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable apartment which had everything we needed. A lovely area to explore and we would like to return.

ottima esperienza in primavera. Casa fronte mare con bellissima vista. Siamo stati molto bene, all'esterno c'è un grosso tavolo che consente di mangiare all'aperto godendo di una vista impagabile. Unica pecca la casa è un po' buia, ma volendo stare all' aperto il più possibile non è stato affatto un problema! Consigliato!

siamo arrivati tardi quando era già buio.. Raffaellla aveva lasciato la luce accesa per facilitarci. Quando temevo di aver sbagliato mi ha risposto immediatamente dandomi ulteriori indicazioni e offrendo il suo supporto telefonico. La casa era calda ed accogliente. Raffaella ci ha fatto trovare delle buonissime pardule cucinate dalla sua mamma, come benvenuto, oltre al necessario per la colazione dell' indomani mattino. Sì è preoccupata che fossimo a nostro agio e non ci servisse nulla. La casa si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e in una posizione perfetta per visitare i dintorni, tra spiagge incontaminate e natura selvaggia. Il borgo in cui si trova era il borgo dei pescatori, oggi territorio ambito dagli appassionati di surf di tutto il mondo per le acque limpide e il vento sempre presente. Unica piccola pecca la cucina un po' datata, di cui eravamo al corrente ma che verrà rinnovata a strettissimo giro. Non vedo l'ora di tornare, devo essere sincera.

Schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage am Meer. Gute Restaurants in der Gegend, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen (z.B. Sinis). Check-In war unkompliziert, Parkplätze waren vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super, allerdings befindet sich vor der Wohnung gerade eine Baustelle (Erneuerung der Promenade) und daher ist die Sicht auf das Meer beeinträchtigt.

Abbiamo scelto la casa come punto di appoggio durante la nostra vacanza. La posizione consente di raggiungere in poco tempo le spiagge vicine. La casa è confortevole e rispecchia esattamente la descrizione. La consigliamo. Angelo è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Très beau logement et équipements de qualité. Parfait pour un séjour calme et reposant. Le logement est conforme à la description.

Klasse Lage in ruhiger Seitenstraße und dennoch direkt am Strand. Für uns im Oktober auch schön ruhig weil Parkplatz und Strand kaum besucht. Die Wohnung hat fast alles was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Grill. Tipp: Weingläser und Kochmesser täten der Wohnung noch gut. Wir haben uns auch trotz der kleinen Sprachbarriere von Gianpiero gleich willkommen gefühlt. Er ist ein toller und warmherziger Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist für einen Pärchen Urlaub ideal.

Soggiorno fantastico, una vista mozzafiato, la casa ben posizionata permette di raggiungere la spiaggia in meno di dieci minuti a piedi. Sandra e Toni sono gentilissimi, sempre a disposizione. Torneremo volentieri nel loro appartamento, grazie mille di tutto É stata una vacanza fantastica!

Sehr schöne neue Wohnung toll ausgestattet und sehr kindergerecht. Man hat sich echt wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit Manila war schnell und gut! Der Strand ein Steinwurf entfernt, Parkplatz vor dem Haus sehr eng aber Man kann gut auf der Straße parken. Das einzige minus Punkt der wahrscheinlich auf der ganze Insel zu Problem ist der Wasserdruck unter die Dusche .

Valeria ci ha accolto personalmente con tanta gentilezza e simpatia concordando un orario comodo per entrambi. Sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande o richiesta di indicazioni. Casetta difronte al lungo mare che abbiamo trovato animato per la festa di primavera. È attrezzata di tutto il necessario, vicino si trova un piccolo market in caso si abbia bisogno di qualcosa. Posizione centrale a mezzo minuto dalla torre. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Eravamo già stati a torregrande e Valeria ha confermato la nostra positiva impressione sul posto e le persone. Consigliatissima.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo tempo nel appartamento. La vista sul mare e meravigliosa ed anche se a volte era troppo freddo per mangiare fuori, ci siamo seduti davanti alla finestra che va sul mare e quindi era quasi come essere fuori! Il padre di Mauro ci ha dato dei consigli di dove andare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Con mia moglie siamo stati tutto il mese di Agosto in questa casa. Silvia e Tony, i proprietari. sono disponibili e molto cortesi, all'arrivo ci hanno accolto fornendoci una serie di informazioni su cosa vedere e dove andare a mangiare. Informazioni che ci sono state utili per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. Grazie di cuore. La casa è molto bella, molto pulita, tranquilla e fresca. Insomma ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza rilassante e molto piacevole Inoltre si trova in una posizione fantastica vicinissima a una scogliera dalla quale si gode un panorama meraviglioso con tramonti indimenticabili La casa è un ottima base per vedere tutte le bellezze che ci sono nei dintorni. Soluzione consigliatissima.
