Vacation rentals with a patio in Sa Rocca Tunda

Little paradise close to sea and close to mountains as well 🤩 It has really exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There is almost nobody around so it’s very private. (There is a road nearby but the place is still peaceful and calm because there are not so many cars and there is a nice barrier from trees and bushes). Our little son loved the playground and the big beautiful garden. You just can spent even whole vacation there because it’s so lovely to just sit at the terrace and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s hard to describe it with words, it has to be experienced. 🥰 At last but not least the host Arianna was very nice, proactive and helpful and the communication was very pleasant. If you decide to check the surroundings the best beach around was definitely “Spiaggetta del’Arco - even during little windy and cooler days (we visited outside the season) there was a calm see, no wind and warmer air.

Rachael was a fantastic & generous host, warm and humorous! The communication with her was very easy and Rachael was super helpful. We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy, pretty and well-divided apartment! Despite outside temperatures above 30 degrees, it remained pleasantly cool in the apartment. Great location with great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back! ☀️💛

Carlo and Antonella were the perfect hosts and Casa Funtanedda was a great stay for our first trip to Sardinia. They were so warm and welcoming, incredibly attentive and beyond helpful: we had a few problems with our car rental at the start of our stay and they went above and beyond to help us to try and sort it out- we’ll be forever grateful! The accommodation was lovely and as stated in the ad, we’d stay again- a huge thank you to you both!

We spent 10 days in Alessandro's beautiful apartment, perfectly matching the description and in a great location to visit all the most beautiful beaches of Sinis. Alessandro was always available and provided us with useful information for the vacation. Upon our arrival he had left us a basket of breakfast products, milk, water, beers in the fridge and a welcome bottle of local wine.... This is called a real welcome. We had a wonderful vacation, definitely to be repeated.

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is top if you want good beaches and restaurants. Many activities to do nearby or by a short 1-2h drive. location felt safe and the apartment is fairly priced.

Great location, at the south end of Torre del Pozzo. The location allows an extraordinary view of the Mediterranean bush and the coastline to the south and west. You can walk to Is Arenas beach. By car you can quickly reach the wonderful beaches of Sinis. The apartment is spacious.

From the beginning, they were incredibly welcoming and ready to answer all our questions, making us feel comfortable right away. During our stay, they showed really special care and attention, making sure we didn't miss anything and providing great tips on what to visit nearby. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant experience. We can't wait to go back!

We found absolutely everything we needed in Valentina's house. Very nice house despite the heat, practical so as not to disturb each other. We greatly appreciated her kindness and the care she takes of her guests. From information or the art of living in the area to the quality of linens and products at our disposal. Sa Domu Linda is a beautiful house, very well cared for, very comfortable and in a strategic area to enjoy all the most beautiful beaches nearby within a 10/15 minute drive. Narbolia is a quiet village but if necessary offers all the services, medical guard and pharmacy. There are also large supermarkets and discounts in the area, and Oristano is a 15-minute drive for a downtown ride and a little leisure. Linda was an excellent host, I asked her for various favors and advice and she always responded immediately, going out of her way to meet me. The entire stay. Thanks to you, you far exceeded expectations. I recommend it to everyone and if I came back to the area in the future, I would definitely choose this place again! Highly recommended, no flawless!

Welcome to paradise! Ivan and Leo's house is beautiful, made with immense taste, the garden you can use is also fantastic. The village is very nice and we had a great time to visit the surroundings but also the coast. We'll be back with an immense pleasure very soon !! Thank you for everything !!

The house is in a quiet location, at the entrance of San Leonardo. It is equipped with everything and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced-in garden, where we and our three dogs had a great time. Around, in addition to the park that can be reached in two minutes on foot, there are itineraries in the woods that lead to secluded fountains and incredible nuraghi. Roberta is always available for advice and any need.

We spent two weeks in Mirko's beautiful town house, overlooking the river Temo and the old bridge, in the old town of Bosa. The roof top terrasse overlooked the river and offered an oasis of calm, while watching the boats go up and down the river. As we were at the edge of the old town, we could walk to a fabulous range of wonder restaurants, bars and cafes. The supermarket(s) were also within five minutes walk, on the other side of the river. The beautiful castello was also reachable by foot, where you also got a beautiful view of the town of Bosa, the river Temo, and estuary leading to the sea. We also enjoyed walking by the river to Bosa Marina and the beach, which was pristine and where you can swim in clear waters. Overall, we both recommend Mirko's tower house, as am excellent base and relaxing oasis, for your stay in the beautiful town of Bosa. Enjoy!

There were 6 of us and we stayed in this house. It was a very peaceful stay,great outdoor space overlooking the sea with showers and grill. The owners are very friendly and available for check-in and check-out even at inconvenient times (due to ferry). In general, I recommend this apartment

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

Tidy, cozy, and fragrant house. Extremely consistent with the photos and description that was given. The house was also equipped with everything you need to keep it clean. Spacious house with excellent value for money. Perfect for a quiet vacation in Oristano

The place was super nice & clean. We didn't miss anything. Within walking distance there is a Lidl and you can also reach the city in 15 minutes. Gianluca even welcomed us very warmly with a welcome gift and gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights and beaches. In addition, he was always very quickly available and extremely helpful! Since my boyfriend is over 1.90 m tall, and a metal frame surrounds the bed, the bed was unfortunately a little too small for him. The apartment is also quite bright, you could often hear the family above us, but never late in the evening or at night. But neither of these changes the fact that we recovered well and had a wonderful time in Sardinia! :)

cozy and comfortable house even for 5 people, perfect with children because close to the beach and with outdoor space to eat
