This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Our chalet is located in the beautiful quiet Waarland. What to do in Waarland: Vlinderado, indoor mini golf, boat rental via HappyWale, outdoor swimming pool Waarland. Within a 25-minute drive, you can reach the beach of Callantsoog or the beautiful dune area in Schoorl. The beautiful cities of Alkmaar and Schagen (15 minutes drive) are also worth visiting. Vakantierijk Waarland is renovating the park. Our chalet is located on the edge of the campsite, so you will have little trouble with it.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

Parking is free throughout the neighborhood, and there are two city bikes available to explore the area. COVID-19 2022: It is possible to stay contactless. B&B Het Kantoor is located in the friendly village of Sint Pancras. Ideal for a trip to Alkmaar which is just 5 kilometres away. The coastal towns of Bergen and Egmond are easily reachable by car of bicycle. The B&B contains a separate bedroom with an box spring bed and a living room with coffee corner, fridge, microwave, TV and free WiFi. It also contains a private bathroom with walk in shower and washstand.

Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.
