The terraces with a total area of 36 m2, have beautiful panoramic views of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun conditions with sun from morning to evening. All rooms have their own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces.

They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
