The home was built in the 1930s, and features thick mud adobe walls, high shiplap ceilings, and builtin features not found in modern homes. The home has been renovated with new flooring, a new kitchen, and appliances. The home also features a great covered front porch that I love to eat and read out on. Close to Downtown, University of Arizona, Starr Pass hiking and biking, and Saguaro National Park in a quiet neighborhood.

Come enjoy a stay at this stylish historic Adobe in the heart of downtown Tucson. The location is so advantageous to all of what Tucson’s downtown area has to offer: coffee shops, breakfast joints, restaurants, bars, music venues, art, etc. The unit is one half of a duplex which was built sometime around 1905. The original shotgun apartment has been beautifully revitalized to show off its colonial charm with acacia wood floors, stained glass art and Tiffany lamps throughout.
