A great place to stay at in the very center of Sofia. Loved the style of the flat, the beautiful chandeliers, the fact that it was well cleaned and on the top floor were my favorite things. Communication with the host was prompt and courteous, helped with making me feel good as a guest. I recommend it to anyone visiting the city, be it for a romantic getaway or a solo business trip.

Valentin's house is great, and it's exactly as you see in the pictures. The neighborhood is like any other in Sofia center. Take a taxi from the airport, as it will cost you less than 6 Euros. The entrance is a bit unacceptable but the house is great and cozy and in the heart of Sofia. 10 minutes walk from everything and a super market 1 min away. I'll stay again there.

Superb apartment and very accurate host!

This is a beautiful, modern apartment in the Centre of Sofia. On arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and has great modern features, including a great shower! It is very close, walking distance to most attractions and the main shopping areas. Plamen is very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what to do when one is in Sofia. Overall a great Airbnb experience.

Everything was very clean and the photos correspond exactly to the actual apartment. It is a 5 minute walk to the first sights, it takes about 10 minutes to the center, so everything is as described. Brochures and maps were available to us during the stay and in the immediate vicinity you can find everything you need about supermarkets, restaurants and banks.

We enjoyed our stay at Tanya and Alex's place. It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet and well located. Hosts provided us with all the information needed for our stay. Definitely recommend!

Tanya and Alex are fantastic hosts - they communicate well and effectively. The self-check in was one of the easiest and best explained. They provided step by step instructions with pictures. Tanya and Alex provided everything we needed - clean bedding, towels, toiletries, tea and there is a TV. You will need to pick up items for breakfast so milk, cereal etc. The apartment isn't located in the centre, however it is only a 15-20 minute walk to all the main sights and there is a metro station (Opalchenska) literally outside the apartment. There are two supermarkets very close by (5 min walk) - Billa and Lidl, a bakery right round the corner and super easy to walk into town. We downloaded the 'TaxiMe' app and it was super easy to get a cab to and from the airport with a safe and verified cab. There are ATMs everywhere. The Illusions Museum is a fantastic and fun museum worth visiting and go on a hike with Maria from GoGoAdventures (via Trip Advisor). Sofia is great fun and Tanya and Alex are fabulous hosts.

The apartment was in an amazing shape, their tips on how to get around Sofia were so much helpful. Tanya & Alex's place is the best place to stay in Sofia, close to center and it got everything you need.

Situated in the heart of Sofia, the contemporary apartment is a 10-minute walk from Vitosha, close to all public transports and local shops. Just a lovely place to stay on your next visit.

Convenient location. The room has an electric radiator, if anyone loves warmer, it is better to turn it on a few hours before bedtime. (relevant in winter). Was in mid-March, turned on before bedtime. It is easy to fall asleep in coolness, and in the morning it is easier to wake up in the warmth. There is a kitchen with normal utensils. Near the convenience store. Good for a budget stay.

The flat is centrally located with the Ladies’ market right around the corner. All the main sights are also within walking distance and the area is well served by public transportation. I can only recommend!

I had a very comfortable stay at Genadi and Zlatna's place. The room spacious and Genadi was very accommodating. Warm shower and Bulgarian chocolates in the kitchen for guests! There's also a wonderful bakery kitty corner to their place. I would gladly stay here again.

As it is a cheap place don't expect wonders. The solutions are reasonable for the size of the flat and price. It is scary to take a shower at first, but it is fun, and i was able to manage it without problem. Close the toilet door and use the mop after you finished. The building is not in a too good shape, but the flat is fine after you close the door behind you. Try the Restaurant Panchetata near as they are good and friendly. ;)

Perfect location to get into town. Subwaystation, supermarket, restaurants, shopping mall - everything is within 10-15 min walking distance. A small, but well positioned room with a smile. A good option for a short stay in the capital.

Nice little room, a good location. The bathroom is indeed very small, but that’s indicated in the announcement. The room has all the necessary utensils to store food and eat, etc. Lilly’s instructions were very clear as well, so the check-in/out was smooth. A great price-quality ratio!

Desi was really helpful, nice, responding and welcome. The place is kore than amazing. 80% is only the terrace as experience, the inside part was more than cozy. I would recommend !

Such an amazing place, very welcoming. Great choice of decor. Highlight is the balcony offering stunning sunset views of the mountains. I highly recommend the place. The host communicates super quickly. Overall, I would spend a night there again anytime.

Excellent place! The host Vladi is an extremely kind, helpful, and hospitable person. The view from the bedroom is just wonderful - the balcony is perfect for enjoying a quiet, sunny afternoon. The neighborhood is calm and in a great location situated between two really nice parks. Lots of opportunities for long walks and exercise from here. Markets and shops nearby, easy walks to everything including a lovely wine shop with an excellent selection. I spent an extended time period at this location and couldn't say enough good about it. Just wonderful. Thank you!

Vladi's place is great. The place is sparkling clean and very comfy. Vladi thought of everything so you have all you need for your stay: shampoo, towels, soap etc. and even an umbrella. Moreover, the place is really close to the center (15-20 minutes walking distance). Would definitely recommend if visiting Sofia! (also good price for all the above mentioned)

Cozy house at an amazing place! Right in the middle of Sofia, the place was awesome and THE bed was amazing. Very well thought space, you have everything you need, and for the ones worrying about the shower... Don't! It's not bad, just weird the first time. We only got to meet Tony and can say she's friendly and really helpful. It made our stay at Sofia a truly awesome experience!

Good place to stay. Very close to the center (you can visit all the important things just by walking). The place is big and perffect if you have to lay inside for a bit (it rained when we stayed). There is sat tv and wifi. The bed is confortable and we had a good sleep.

Very convenient location, everything needed nearby. All the sights are nearby. The place is clean and cozy.

The apartment is in a good location, clean and very comfortable, the bed was wonderful and there is a lot of space in the room. Hristo is a kind and helpful host, he was always there to answer our questions and help us use the key box as we were leaving very early in the morning. However, the building is old and the common spaces smelled like cigarette smoke, but this didn't affect the apartment. The only comfort problem was that the bathroom sink was very small. All in all, it was a nice stay for our 3-day trip and we enjoyed our time there.

He was awesome from the beginning. He picked us up from the airport at 1 am and took us to the apartment, which was awesome. It was really clean and tidy, with a lot of little details that made our stay feel like home. We strongly recommend this apartment with this fantastic host.

Very good location in the city centre. 10-12 min walking from Sofia University and the metro station. Lots of local cafes and restaurants around. Very clean, modern property. Looks like stated on the pictures and with very nice view. I recommend to put a sign with the number of the apartment on the door, cause it’s a bit difficult when arriving. Possibly the best airbnb we've stayed in, Boris and Alexs were so helpful before we came with our changing dates and their communication was excellent. The apartment was amazing, we arrived at night and couldn't be happier with the place, only to wake up to the beautiful views out of both windows, it was absolutely stunning. And I would have to say definitely the best bed we've ever had in an airbnb, which is a bonus when you are away. Last time we were in Sofia our place was very cold and drafty, but Boris's apartment was very solid and warm, even when it was cold outside, but opening windows on both sides meant a lovley draft of fresh air. The location is the best, central and near to everything we needed, we love Sofia and if you are looking for a place to stay we totally recommend Boris'. One thing that may be an issue for some, the lift was broken when we arrived so we took the 7 flights of stairs up, when it was fixed the next day we still kept taking the stairs to compensate for all of the extra food we were eating in Sofia, so for us it was a bonus, but if you can't do that it and the lift is broken it may be an issue.

Boris’s place is a great option for discovering Sofia, very comfortable for 4! The kitchen is ok to even cook in it. And the view is something you can not get enough of!

The apartment has a perfect location. We were able to walk almost anywhere. The rooms itself were very clean and they provided lots of Tipps and maps for the city. The communication was easy and check in is very flexible. We definitely had a great time and would like to come back one day! :)

Amazing place in an amazing location. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb in Sofia but this is the best so far.

Nice little stay for 2-4 guests for a weekend away in Sofia. From the outside it may look run down/ average. However inside it is stunning and has a very nice set up. We enjoyed our trip there was three of us and it comfortably handled us. Host had set the keys away for us so we could easily check in and out. Awesome experience. We love your place Nikolai.

Nikolai was a great host. He was helpfull and flexible. The appartment is well located in the city centre and you can easily visit the city centre by walking from there. The neighborhood is really nice with many restaurants and shops. We had a beautiful view on the church from our room. I recommend Nikolaï, and I recommend this appartment. Nice and comfort with great location and obviously beautiful view. All needed appliances and very comfort bed. The people who manage the property answer literally immediately to any question one might have and are ready to help you with whatever needed. I would def stay at this place again and again whenever I have this option.

This apartment is an absolute beauty. Its located centrally, overlooking the park and mountain. I felt like I was stepping back in time. Its so pretty and has everything you need. It was warm and extremely comfortable. Easy pick up for the keys and communication. I want to live in Bulgaria now.

Located in an adorable little neighbourhood with easy access to transport, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very thoughtfully equipped with coffee, washing machine and everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It was like being at home! I stayed at the apartment for a long weekend and I simply loved it! The location is unbeatable, at walking distance to emblematic places in town. The place is super quiet, clean and confortable, I felt in home there. I work remotely so the Internet is always very important for me, and the connection was fast and stable. I needed to do late check out because of a work meeting and we arrange this without any issues. The communication was also very friendly, helpful and fast. I would love to stay there again and I hope to have the chance to do it!

Monika and Jordan's place is in a great location. Very central but also quietly located right near a park. The flat is newly decorated and there is some nice touches like bathrobes. Great communication from the host and easy check-in. Highly recommend for your stay in Sofia :)

Really excellent location

TOP NOTCH! The apartment is very well designed, comfortable, stylish, with a lot of light, meticulously clean, and with all the amenities you need. We stayed for one week, with a very small baby, and it felt like home in Monika and Jordans' place. They have even provided a crib for us, which was very kind of them (they have kids so they must know how travelling with a baby looks like :), and made things much easier. The location is perfect, really. In the park, next to the theatre, with the town centre on a walkable distance. It is really in the hushed and clean part of the city, without the big traffic and crowds, but still well connected with other parts. On the other side of the park you can walk towards to bit more fancy streets and find nice and various cuisines, or walk through the several parks to the Tsar Ivan Shishman street, which is very hipster, with a lot of nice bars and restaurants, and amazing designer shops. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place !

The place is beautifully furnished, very spacious and comfortable. It has the best location. The check-in and out have been the easiest, we have experienced so far. We are very pleased of our stay and would definately love to stay in this place again.

Dimitar’s place is absolutely amazing. Location is great, close to the cutest cafes, shops, bars, but it’s quiet at night. The apartment itself is stunning, very spacious, bright. Bathroom is very big with two showers and two sinks, which you don’t usually get in Bulgaria. And there’s the cutest little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. Thank you for the great stay! Would love to visit again :)
