Das rennovierte Appartement ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Biketouren, Wanderungen und erholsame Stunden am Brienzersee. Die Ferienwohnung wurde neue renoviert und verfügt über ein neues Bad, eine neue Küche und über einen schönen Korkboden. (website hidden) ist die ideale Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen, welche in der schönen Umgebung von Schwanden am Sonnenhang des Brienzersees Ruhe und Natur geniessen wollen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und ist unabhängig vom Familienhaus von Heidi und Simeon Mathyer zugänglich. Schwanden liegt am schönen Sonnenhang am Brienzersee überhalb von Brienz auf rund 600 M.ü.M. Das 500 Seelen Dorf am Brienzersee ist das liberalste Dorf im ganzen Berner Oberland. Die Schwandner überraschen in den Nationalen Abstimmungen immer wieder mit einer liberalen und weltoffenen Haltung. Der nächst gelegene Flughafen befindet sich in Bern-Belp, welcher mit dem Auto rund 50 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Anreise nach Schwanden kann via Interlaken mit dem Zug nach Brienz und anschliessend zu Fuss (ca. 10 Minuten) oder mit dem Postauto (Haltestelle Birgli) erreicht werden. Von Bern aus benötigt man mit dem Zug 1.5 h, mit dem Auto ist Bern in einer Stunde zu erreichen (ca. 85km). (website hidden) verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz für einen Personenwagen. Der Parkplatz ist nicht kostenpflichtig.
