5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.

The chalet is surrounded by greenery, silence and relaxation. It is the ideal place to meditate, to disconnect from all distractions. Habitable all year round, the chalet is COOL in summer and enveloped by the HEAT of the wood-burning stove in the colder seasons. The chalet can be reached by an old mule track.

The ARIA apartment is located in the Nila Natural Balance VISTA LAGO vacation home, completely renovated in 2025 according to sustainable standards (geothermal and photovoltaic and solar panels). The APARTMENT communicates lightness. The bold tones leave the lake view under the spotlight. The apartment is on the top floor (4th) Passing from the back of the house, you will only have to walk one floor to reach the apartment. As it is a conservative renovation, it does not have an elevator.

La vicina ciclabile porta direttamente sulle sponde del Garda e consente di imboccare sentieri che salgono verso i numerosi laghi e rifugi di montagna. Ampio giardino ad uso esclusivo con barbecue.

Dotato di tutti i comfort nelle vicinanze (supermercato, farmacia, tabacchi-giornali, etc nel centro del paese) è un perfetto punto strategico per immergersi nelle bellezze della Val d'Ambiez.

From here, you can reach the towns of Molveno, Andalo and the Thermal Baths of Comano in a few minutes.
