The apartment also has a beach kit (3 chairs, cooler, transport cart and umbrella) and 2 smart TVs. Great location, close to the center of Praia de Leste.

We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.

Barbecues are not allowed because of the smoke, nor smoking hookahs or marijuana. Only couples or couples with up to two children are accepted. We do not rent to groups. For the New Year dates only minimum package 5 nights.
