Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors, very large wrap around covered porch. Just close enough to enjoy Jenkinson's amusement pier, weekly fireworks in the summer, family events and restaurants. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Cozy family bungalow on a private walkway just steps from the boardwalk and beach! Stay includes access to one reserved parking spot (three blocks away from the house) and two prepaid beach passes. Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00

A newly renovated cottage just a brief walk from the beach on a quiet street. Three bedrooms (two queens and full), and attic loft (twin trundle), pull out couch (queen), full bath. Can accommodate sleeping for infants and toddlers. 500 square foot elevated deck with gas grill, table, chairs, patio umbrella. Hammock, bicycles for kids and adults.
