Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Grand Seashore Victorian registered on the towns Historic Homes list.2nd house from the beach, one of the best vacation locations in town. 6 bedrooms , 2.5 baths, outdoor shower, and heated inground Salt water pool! Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day.
