Beach house vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

The house and host were absolutely incredible. Heather was responsive, helpful and extremely accommodating. The house was comfortable, had lots of activities and the location was unbeatable. Thank you Heather for hosting us!

The place looked just like the pictures and was great! The bed was so comfortable! The coach was great to lay or sit on. We were only there for a couple days. It was great to be so close to the shore and boardwalk.

This was one of the most memorable and meaningful events and Ashley's gorgeous home was the perfect centerpiece and the warmest most wonderful place that we could've ever found. We are so greatful! The decor, the furniture, the rooms, the beds, everything available for us to use, I can go on and on and on. The pictures don't do it justice. Wow if you are on the fence of where to go, THIS IS IT! We hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

Welcoming and responsive

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great place. Great location. We have stayed in Manasquan many times to visit family. We love staying on the ocean when we can do a good spot. This house location is perfect. Parking can be a bit tough especially in the summer months. If you have more than one car, you could be walking a big with the 2nd car. The house was great in all aspects. The only downside would be the low ceilings and some tight spaces in bathroom showers. We’re not a super tall family so it was NOT a real issue for us. Might be worth a few more signs to show people unfamiliar with the house set up at the Jersey shore. Could be a little cumbersome to find the hallway up to the house. We did arrive 10pm and no lights were on. Took me a minute to ensure I had the correct alley to the beach front. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Easy access to house once I found it. All in all it was a great house for our long weekend on Jersey shore. We would book again 100%.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

Stayed here with a few friends for a couple days. Great host, great place. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for us and our 4 children with lots to do. Many attractions within 15-20 minutes and the kids enjoyed walking to the pier to fish. Can't wait to come back.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Had a great time during my stay! Enough room for my family of 5 to sleep comfortably. The yard was a great spot to sit back and relax after a long day of walking around. And it is right down the road from the beach. Looking forward to staying again if in the area!

The place was as described and perfect for our needs. Brought my 94 year old MIL home to the Jersey shore for a birthday celebration with family in the area. Elevator addressed our access needs. Close to beach, easy to get in and out of the area and just plain charming. Made for a great trip and if she chooses to return, I know where we will be staying.

Stephan's place was perfect for what I needed, I would stay there again if I find myself in Belmar again!

What a great house! You can feel the breezy beach vibes of this house as soon as you walk in. The energy is friendly and cheerful as the place invites you to join in the joy of everyone who's stayed there before. The whole house wants you to relax and have a laugh and a cool drink with friends and family.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

It's a great place to stay. There were a couple minor problems that he was not aware of and as soon as i let him know he took care of them instantly. It's a great place to fly a drone if you have one. I would definitely recommend this house to others!
