Beach house vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Amazing stay! I’m so glad this place was available. We were in town for a family wedding & birthday, & wasn’t able to stay with family, so we splurged & booked this house. A block away from the beach & just a few blocks from my sister, it was an ideal location for us. The house is beautiful & comfortable, & has everything you need. I think we’ll book this house every summer from now on!

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

We had a great time staying here! The house was so close to the beach, super clean, everything was setup for our needs, they made it feel at home and so easy for a quick great beach getaway! We walked to a ton of great restaurants and even on a rainy weekend there was enough to do to still have a great time! Stefania was communicative and everything was exactly as described. Perfect place close to the beach for one or two people! Minimalist and clean, walkable to beach, bars and restaurants. Close to several playgrounds for kiddos. We enjoyed it!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked with all essentials you need and more. We really enjoyed that everything was walkable between town, beach and boardwalk. Gabriel was also extremely responsive if we had any questions. Would certainly stay again!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Michelle was a fabulous host! She was very responsive and answered any and all questions we had. Her home was beautiful, clean and well equipped for a great beach getaway. The location was perfect and so close to the beach/boardwalk!

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.

Our family felt right at home. We especially loved that the backyard was enclosed so our little ones could play on the playground and stay away from the road. Thanks for having us. We’ll definitely stay again!
