Apartment in a quiet area but with basic services, Brand new, located 500 meters from the Playa de la lanzada 7 minutes walk by a pedestrian road with direct access to the beach, 5 km from the center of the Grove and 6 km from the center of Sanxenxo, the village has a supermarket a few meters and bars and restaurants nearby, it has two bedrooms one double with bathroom and a double, one more bathroom and living room with kitchenette and a nice fully equipped terrace.

Duplex apartment near La Lanzada beach

This home is quiet - relax with the whole family! The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The village is very quiet and cozy. Nearby 5 km away is O Grove and the island of " A Toxa" and 7.5 km away is Sanxenxo... both places to go out to dinner,walk or have fun after a day at the beach. It is an ideal place for children since the apartment- duplex is in an area not very traveled by cars and there is a patio for children to ride bicycles and play.
