The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Der Blick fällt auf die Berge des Naturreservats "Pizzo Cane". The Holiday Home was build in 2015. 2017 we finished the saltwater infinity pool. It lies about 3 km outside of San Nicola L'Arena a small fisherman village 30km from Palermo. There are beautiful views to the mountains of a natural reserve.
