A small seaside house where you can stay quietly in a village surrounded by the sea and the mountains "SOTOHAMA house"

"Sotohama house" is located in the Yoshino district of the Mitsuzu Peninsula, a famous spot on the Sunset that is known as the best of Shodoshima, in the Yoshino district of the Suntu Peninsula. The room is an entire maisonette type per day.The landlord lives in the adjacent Heike, so we are available if you need anything. We are currently preparing another room.It is connected by a locked door separating the sunroom from the room you are preparing, but it is a private space to enter and exit through a private entrance. Shower booth, toilet with washlet, and simple kitchenette.We also have terrace seating in the garden. The Yoshino area is about a 7-minute drive from Ikeda Port, where there is a ferry to Takamatsu. The city is well separated, making it a quiet, small settlement with old-fashioned scenery in Setouchi.Yoshino, with its mountains and the sea back to back, is a beautiful neighborhood that is also popular with migrants in recent years. It is a 10-second walk to Yoshino Beach in front of the sight.If the weather is nice, you can watch the sunset all year round.Watch the sunset on the pier that stretches out to the sea while you spend your trip. I'm currently a host while raising a 0-year-old child.We may respond unattended, such as check-in and information about the room.Please understand before making a reservation.

It is about 40-50 minutes by car to Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle sightseeing, Tobe Zoo, etc. JR Shimonada Station, 9 minutes by car A cute house that was completely renovated in 2019.The kitchen, bath, and toilet are also new. The bedroom is an 8-tatami mat Japanese-style room.A Western-style room with about 10 tatami mats.Large Deck Terrace.Front yard is also available as well. If you want to play nearby... you can enjoy Sannomi town as a base for sea play, sky, and land play. Walk in your suit and walk to the sea, about 2 minutes on foot. Futami Seaside Park (Roadside Station, Beach) is a 3-minute drive and a 10-minute walk. Sea breeze park (park with playground equipment, tennis courts, soccer field) is 5 minutes by car or 27 minutes on foot. There are also classes where you can experience sea kayaking, sap, or paragliding.(Reservation required) We also recommend cycling the national highway on the coastline. If you want to relax at home, Enjoy the sky and greenery on the deck terrace. Pitch a tent in the front yard and feel like camping. A great time with a barbecue. There is a home garden, so there is also a time to harvest vegetables.

There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan.
