Perfect deal with the price and location! Nearby 7 Eleven & supermarket too! But the most important part it is walkable to Bentecho Station (Chuo line & JR line) which make your life easy to go to anywhere you want, and just one train straight to the Kansai Airport! Bonus with a peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Definitely will choose this place again. Thank you so much for hosting us!

It is close to Osaka Port Station, and there is a Lawson, a 7-Eleven, and a supermarket on the way, so there is no problem with shopping. There was also an izakaya serving local food, such as takoyaki, and a teppanyaki shop nearby, where you could eat. The room itself is clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, so you need to be careful when carrying in your luggage. This 2-bedroom space is great for multiple groups traveling together or families with different sleeping schedules.

The place was just like the pictures and the hosts took care of us by having transportation waiting for us at the train station. The apartment was located close enough to the trains to get wherever you needed to quickly. Check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this place and host. Thanks

The room was nice and tidy, had most of the pots and stoves provided, with a large cold box.The bathroom was nice and the level of cleanliness was satisfactory, and basic grooming supplies and toothpaste toothbrushes were also provided.A small amount of insects can't be avoided, it is close to a natural environment and a sandy beach after all.The neighborhood is a peaceful subdivision so need to keep quiet in the evenings, but basic soundproofing is still good.

Would stay again. Great location easy walk to very useful station for getting around but away from the busy parts of the city. Very safe feel to the community. Near a nice playground. Very clean. Plenty of space. Stairs narrow and shallow so need to be careful with small kids. Shower was unexpectedly good. Hour train ride from Kansas airport with no changes. Five minutes to universal. Thank you very much

It is surrounded by many houses and a quiet environment, close to the station, and we had a calm stay. Other than the description, I felt that the bath towels were fluffy and the hair dryer had a salonia air volume, which was thoughtful and thoughtful.

We stay in Osaka only for the Universal Studio, the place is only 10 minutes away by car. The host provided clear and easy instructions before check-in, its very efficient communication, Im happy with that. First floor is basically entertainment, fitness and kid's little playground. My kids especially loved the dedicated kids' corner — it was such a thoughtful touch and kept them entertained during our stay. 2nd floor is kitchen and living room. The 2 rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor. 1 shower room and 4 toilets. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!

We had a comfortable stay in a beautiful room that was exactly as pictured. The manual was written in great detail, and there was no confusion at all about check-in and check-out. Also, I was able to feel at ease with the detailed follow-up messages I received before my stay. When I turned the road as shown on the map, I found it immediately because I saw a large orange sign.
