In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. A Jacuzzi, sauna, sunbed and electric box springs ensure that you can relax in a beautiful environment! Everything is just new and equipped with every comfort. As can be seen in the photos, there is a shed behind the house. This will not bother you, there is little to no movement and certainly not at night.

Hoeve Hunzedal is situated near many nature reserves, such as the Hunzedal, the Drentse Aa, and the Hondsrug (UNESCO), making it the perfect base for wonderful walking and cycling tours (free bicycle storage available). The accommodation features a private entrance, garden and parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Relax after an active day in the atmospheric, comfortable accommodation with, for example, a board game from the cupboard or a movie from the king-size bed.

Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
