Thanks to all our guests who enjoyed the quality of Studio Jay, the hospitality and allowed us to become a "traveler favorite" Rated 3 stars by the Gironde Departmental Tourism Committee, registered with the Teich Tourist Office and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, the studio is located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, close to shopping centers, the bird sanctuary, bike paths (including the bike path) and a sandy beach on the riverbank.

Bright 28 m² studio apartment with small garden, ideal for a stay in Le Teich. You will enjoy its calm and brightness, despite the proximity to the railway. Perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace). Pets not allowed. Parties and loud music are prohibited in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Guest access Outdoor security camera in the garden for deterrence.

Come and relax in our apartment ideally located on the Port of Teich, close to the Ornithological Park, in the Holiday Residence "Madame Vacances: Les Rives Marines" equipped with an outdoor heated swimming pool. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a 160 bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You enjoy the view of the port from the terrace with a small lounge and a standing table.

Cozy and spacious 43 m2 wooden chalet with terrace, fully equipped, located on a quiet wooded lot. Living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, separate toilet. The train station and shops are a 5-minute walk, the bird sanctuary, the port and a swimming pool 15 minutes away. Note: For the month of June 2026, as an exception, we will not accept stays of less than 5 nights.

Come with friends or family to enjoy our beautiful region. Bike rides, canoeing, gourmet market, ornithological park, oyster ports, beaches... You won't be short of activities or if you were, visit the Teich Tourist Office website ;) Close to the train station, you can easily go to Arcachon (15 min) or Bordeaux (30 min). During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

The cabin is closely situated to Arcachon Bay (5min drive), 30min drive from Cap Ferret, 3Omin from Bordeaux Mérignac and only a 8min bike ride away from the city center.
