Planned a break in Allgäu? This is possible with our cozy apartment. The 50 m² apartment is on the first floor of our old cottage (former butcher from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and renovated piece by piece), has a double bedroom, as well as a living room with comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noise.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The small former laundry house of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites everyone who loves the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller bike path is just a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden cottage can accommodate 1-2 people. It consists of a small Bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a small Kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating.
