Located in a small quiet village in the Lot between Figeac and Rocamadour, a renovated bourgeois house located on a fully fenced 4500 m² plot that offers a magnificent panoramic view of the village and its 15th century castle. 3 large bedrooms with 1 shower room (toilet), 1 bathroom (toilet), 1 equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 independent living room and 1 shower room (toilet) on the ground floor. Possibility to park several vehicles in the enclosure, adjoining a room to house bicycles etc.

Condamines Studio

The studio is located in Béduer, 9 km from Figeac. It is an independent accommodation in the heart of an old farmhouse. In addition to the double bed, it is equipped with a shower, toilet, table with 2 chairs, sink and kitchenette (with small fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and basic ingredients). A small terrace, shaded in the evening, with a table and chairs is located in front of the front door. 4G access possible. Electricity at extra cost from October to April.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.
