Authenticity of the preserved Burgundian dwelling: large room with fireplace, spacious mezzanine with TV area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with double sink and large shower. Quiet and rest assured. Parking in the yard. A private jacuzzi is available in an outbuilding to the cottage. Everything comes together for a pleasant time at the foot of the Château de la Rochepot.

A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment.
